For me my day is hetic as it is, so this cup makes it so much easier when I have a 3 year old and a one year old tugging at my legs for drinks. What is even better is that it is spill proof so it works great for when we go to the park and my toddler decides he is gonna throw it. So it keeps the juice or water in there which is a big A+++. What I like is that their is many different designs and pictures on the cup. I would recommend any mother to go out and buy one now.

The Nuby sippy cups was good cup for my nursing baby to start on.  When I gave her a cup that she had to tilt back, she didn't know what to do.  She tried to sucked on it but nothing came out.  She did not understand that she had to tilt the cup back and suck on it.  She thought the cup was a toy.  When she was introduced to the Nuby sippy cup, she gave it a big suck then started choking.  However, the next suck was not as big and then she was drinking out of a sippy cup.  However, I wish this cup had handles.  She can controlcups with handles better that the Nuby sippy cup.  The cup is tough.  She will throw the cup across the room several times during a meal.  The cup is still in service. I like the valve on the Gerber cups better because they allow for consistent water flow.  The Nuby valve takes a little more suction power to get liquids flowing.  But once the liquid start flowing it comes at once.

I purchased these sippy cups after my son refused to use the traditional sippy cups with a spout. To my surprise, he uses these with no problems and enjoys the independence of using it on his own. They feature a straw which is flexible and soft. The cap flips over the straw when not in use. My favorite feature is the valve in the straw which controls how much liquid the child gets and keeps it from spilling. This is a must with my son because he likes to play with the sippy cups and shake them. If it was not for this feature, I would have a lot of cleaning to do. The sippy is perfect for little hands and designed so that they can grip it with ease. My biggest issue about this product is that there is no measurements on the side. I do not want my 11 month old to fill up on juice or water and not get enough formula, so I give him a limited amount each day. It  would be wonderful if I could skip the extra step of pre-measuring the juice and water before putting it in his sippy. I am also not satisfied with the the hassle of cleaning all of the pieces that go along with this product. The straw consists of three different parts that need to be disassembled, cleaned, and put back together. Altogether, I am satisified with this sippy and it has been a huge success in transitioning my son off of a bottle. Highly recommended!

We went through several different brands of sippy cups while trying to find the one's that work best for our son. Nuby 9oz Insulated No Spill Straw Cups are the best we have used. They have great designs on them that make my son want to use them. They are the perfect size, making it easy and fun for him to use. If you clean them when you get done using them they are easy to keep clean. I do understand what someone else said about cleaning the straws and mold, but only because of my own fault. We somehow "lost" a cup of milk in the car, and didn't relize for several days later. Talk about gross, but that is the only time I have every had trouble with cleaning one of these sippy cups. We did end up tossing that one out. With another comment about spilling and ruining carpet or furniture. I have never had a problem with these cups spilling I have had the liquid "spit" out of the straw like another mentioned but that doesn't make a big mess. I would have to say that if you supervise your child while they are using this product you more than likely would have caught the accident before it became a problem. We have always loved these sippy cups and will continue to use them as long as we need to.

I have two of these cups for my two year old and when I give her juice and she drinks out of it she has to suck until her mouth hurts. Also when you close them and you open it back up the juice spits all over. I like the shape and how they don't spill but maybe just need to fix little things here and there!

I am like most parents who, when grocery shopping, see the different stages of sippy cups and the age recommendations for the particular cup, naturally you purchase the 'right one' for your child. I purchased the 'Nuby Insulated No Spill Straw Cup' because I thought this would be a great way to introduce my daughter to the wonderful world of 'straws'. As she (and I) soon figured out, any remaining liquid in the straw was *fun*to fling. The Nuby No Spill Straw Cup was a good purchase, it holds up well when being dropped and/or tossed across the room. The cup also keeps the liquids cool for a fairly long time. The only downfall to the Nuby No Spill Straw Cup is that any remaining liquid left in the straw drips out, when you have a white couch, this tends to be an inconvenience. The Nuby Insulated No Spill Straw Cup was a good purchase and is always good entertainment when your daughter learns how to 'fling' juice at you!

I happen to have found this cup at a yard sale and decided to try it out for my grandson. He loves this cup and I love that he can not pull out the "straw".  When he drinks out of my cup he wants to play with the straw all the time. Fantastic item.

Being a stay at home mom the Nuby Insulated No Spill Cups are convienent and safe.I like the fact that they can sit on the coach or play on the floor and I don't have to worry about them spill their drinks on the floor. We have all carpet so being spill proof is a plus in my book. I really like these cups and so does my children. I used them with my child or is now 7. The great thing is she still has a couple of the cups that she used. We just took the lid off and she still uses the cup. I will be using them again when my 7 month old child is ready to use a cup. You feel safe and secure when you give them to you child. They don't spill or drip if held upside down. The straw is silicone and hides snuggly into the cap when closed to prevent it from dripping. Even when the straw is out the cup will not drip if it happens to fall or your child holds it upside down. The cap will not come off if the child throws it or drops it, which is comforting when they are in the car or van. It is also easy for them to hold and pick up. They have no problems getting their little hands around them and keeping a hold of the cups. They come in fun colors, designs, and characters. The cups have a fun shape that your child will love. When my 7 year old used them she loved the colors and she loved to throw them. I was secure in knowing that they couldn't spill or drip. What I also find great is that you can fill them with either warm or cold drinks. The cup will keep it warm or stay cold because it is insulated. The only thing these cups can't do is go in the microwave. When you go on long trips you will be able to refill the cup with any drink that you prefer. They are very easy to clean. The straw are also easy to clean when you run hot soapy water throw it. You can count on this brand to deliver great products no matter what age your child is. They grow with your child which is great for working or stay at home moms on a budget.  Being a mother of three it's also good to know that these cups are very affordable. You will be okay with buying more than one pack after you try these for the first time. You will actually want to buy more, especially when your child's taste in what she likes changes, since them come in several designs and colors. The Nuby Insulated cups also store easlily too without taking up a lot of space in your cupboards. So you can get as many designs and colors that you want without clutter up your cupboards and they are also affordable.

I bought the nuby insulated no spill straw cup actually i bought a few of them. They are great they do exactly what they say they do. I have a three year old daughter and that cup man i tell you she loves it. we take it every where we go. It is really great for trying to break your little one from a bottle. they can lay down with it and you dont have to worry about a mess unlike alot of other cups i have bought they will say no spill but its not true. I promise you the nuby insulated no spill srtraw cup will not spill. Another good thing about the nuby no spill straw cup That is how my little girl learned to drink from a straw. I really do recommend everyone that has a little child that you either want to take its bottle or teach it how to use a straw or if you just dont want no spills you should go out and buy you a nuby no spill straw cup.you wont regret it.

these cups r not really spill proof i have used them in the past and let me tell u a lot of things have been ruined by these cups why market a product with false advertisement i think the manufacturers should use these cups themselves and see how they really work i am not rich and cannot afford to buy new things that are ruined by this cup so i have furniture and carpet stains that will never come out maybe one day i will be able to afford brand new furniture and trust me i will never use these cups again i will rate this product as a 2
