This piece of equiptment is over priced and will fall apart and need repair. I wish I had not purchased it - walking outside in the elements is far better. I have had it for a very long time. It was collecting dust because of the faulty way it was made. I moved it all over the house to get more use from it but it kept beaking down for repair. Finally I gave it away to a charity - and they would only take it when I gave them assurances that it would work. They called back and reported that it would not sell because it would not work and they wanted me to collect it and dispose of it. This a total and complete waste of money and time. The company has a very poor reputation in my view and I want to warn as many people as possible about the poor quality and non-use of the product. I believe that anyone who buys this product will be disappointed and junk it after no more than 6 months. If you want to work out go outside and walk or go to a gym or YMCA.
