The NordicTrack Desk Treadmill is probably the best health investment I have made to date. This treadmill has saved my hips and fixed any discomfort I had in my back from sitting in a office chair. A month of everyday use with this treadmill, along with stretching, helped to defuse my tight hip flexors, which corrected my anterior pelvic tilt. I usually do some video editing, reading, or basic browsing when I'm walking on the treadmill at a speed of 3 mph. I would love to do some picture retouching on this treadmill, but the desk doesn't raise up high enough to my eye level. Despite this desk raising up 14 inches I still have to look down slightly, but there isn't any strain on my neck and upper back. The best thing about this desk is that it can be rotated out of position and I can run on the treadmill at a decent speed without too much movement from the desk hinge. I can also lift up the treadmill portion of this machine and just use the desk for work, which puts me at perfect eye level. I would definitely recommend the NordicTrack Desk Treadmill to anyone looking for a way to burn calories while doing work, watching television, or browsing the internet.
