The NordicTrack Audio Strider 800 has been a great machine to help me get back into shape. Having 2 kids under 2 years of age, it was difficult to get to the gym. I reviewed many ellipticals and treadmills online and found the NordicTrack Audio Strider. I purchased it approximately 6 months ago and use it 3-4 times a week. It came in a huge box which was difficult to get home and took about two hours to assemble. I've had to oil the track once since, but other than that it has been a great machine. It has a digital screen display which shows time, calories burned, strides and distance. It also has a speaker system which you can plug an Ipod into and it plays through the speakers. Also included is a cooling fan and a program called IFit. IFit is a program which allows small disks (a sample one is included but other programs can be purchased) to be plugged in and an instructor walks you through a step by step aerobic program. Overall I have been very pleased with this purchase.

Easy to assemble, very stable and well made. Has a few "plastic" squeaks. Gets used daily with no problems.Would recommend to anybody that wants a relatively cheap exercise machine.The machine out of the box is excellent for the home work out room ,or family room where mine is. The number of pre-programed routines will help keep you toned and lose weight.
