The NordicTrack A.C.T. Commercial Elliptical is awsome. I've been getting an absolutely fabulous workout since I've been using it. i purchased it about 6 months ago. I've lost about 20 pounds and 10 inches just by using it. It has a Grafixx high resolution display. it shows an actual animated figure who is working out with you. It has the dual grip heart rate monitor so you can be sure you're in the right training zone. THe A.C.T. comes with 20iFit workouts that give you instructions and automatically adjusts the resistance. You get a very smooth and frictionless workout. Amazingly, this machine is very compact. It's only about 47 inches in lengh. That's alot smaller than most machines. It also allows you to adjust your strides between 18"-22 for a great workout. I definitely recommend this machine to anyone who is looking to buy an ellipital. This si my second NordiTrack. They are a great machine.
