Amazing taste, okay texture.

This brownie mix tastes amazing! The No Pudge Fat Free Fudge Brownie Mix is a must try if you're dieting or just looking to cut out some fat in your diet. The taste of these brownies are magnificent. The texture is alright. They can get very dry and crunchy. Put them in the microwave for a few seconds and they'll be fine! I also use this mix to do single serving brownies in a mug! My favorite flavor of the No Pudge brand is the cappuccino! I 100% recommend these brownies for anyone with a sweet tooth and a desire to not put on weight.

Not bad for fat free.

I am by far kitchen challenged.  I barely cook or bake.  A co-worker made the No Pudge brownies for a work function. I was shocked to hear that the only ingredient you add is yogurt.  I didn't believe it. She also mentioned you have to use the 8in x 8in pan.  Well, I made these brownies one time using a brownie pan. Disaster. The brownies were too hard on the edges and too moist in the middle. When I finally purchased the 8x8 pan, used the non-stick spray (Pam with Flour), 6oz Vanilla Bean yogurt these brownies came out perfect.  Yes, the directions are true. Mix well and the batter will be thick.  The directions left out that it's a pain to get the batter out of the mixing bowl.  I baked my brownies for 30 minutes instead of the 34 as directed as I like my brownies more fudge like.  These brownies are simple to make and easy to cut. One word of advice, since they use yogurt, once they are cooled, store them in the refrigerator so they dont get bad fast.  Take out 10 minutes before you want them (if you want them room temperature) and have with a glass of milk and you will be in brownie heaven!

Who doesn't love brownies? Who doesn't love brownies that taste great AND are fat free?? I've never heard of No Pudge Brownies up until two or three weeks ago while I was shopping at my local grocery store. I have been on a diet for a few months and have been craving chocolate like you would not believe! I thought there had to be something I could buy that tasted great and was low in fat. Thank goodness I found these! It was just what I was looking for. All you need to do is add fat free or low fat vanilla yogurt and you are good to go. Just make sure you pick up a good brand of yogurt or it doesn't taste as good and if you don't like how it tastes with a certain one yogurt, try another! I love how I can make a single serving. The only thing I did not like about these brownies is that they do make a mess with cleanup. They are super sticky so you have to let your pan soak before you can clean it.

All the taste and none of the fat

I am a brownie lover-I mean, who doesn't like the rich taste of a well made brownie?  :)  I however, did not like the amount of fat that is in a regular box of brownies.  A friend of mine told me about these no pudge fat free brownies and said they were so easy to make and delicious-I was completely skeptical but I decided to go ahead and try them.  Well I was shocked that all I had to do was buy the box of brownie mix and then a container of vanilla yogurt-no eggs, oil or antyhing else.  How easy this was!!  I cooked them according to the directions and a heavenly smell permeated throughout our house-just like my old brownies!  When I tried them, I couldn't believe how good they were-it was just like eating a full fat brownie!  If you are a brownie lover like myself but are trying to be a bit more diet conscious, then I suggest giving these a try.  They completely satisfy your sweet tooth and they really taste like the real thing-the only problem I have had is trying not to eat the whole thing! :)  Definately buy these!!

My husband is trying to lose weight and loves brownies so much! I picked up a box and made him a singer serving size (I've never made a regualar, in the oven batch because the single servings are so awesome!) and he loved it. Brownies are his favorite treat, and if he says they are awesome, believe me, they are!!! When I have guests over, I make them try one and they can't believe they are fat free and cooked in a microwave.

Just as good as regular brownies!!!

Well, I am trying to watch what I eat, but still... I love to have a little something sweet every day. Even a fun-size candy or a few M&M's. I need a little sweetness. While looking for something sweet in the local supermarket, I spied the No-Pudge fat-free cappuccino brownie mix. It said all you had to do was add some fat-free yogurt and you were good to go. "Yes" I thought "this is worth a try." I wasn't too excited that cappuccino was the only flavor my store offered, but I went for it. I only needed to buy a one-serving sized cup of fat-free vanilla or French vanilla yogurt. The mix calls for 5 1/3 oz of yogurt. The cup I got was 6 oz. I didn't measure it, I just left a little in the cup. At first, I thought there was no way that the little bit of yogurt in that bowl of dry mix was going to make a batter. When I mixed it, it turned into chunks, then crumbles, and then amazingly, a smooth batter! I just stirred it with a wooden spoon, not an electric mixer. It doesn't say *not *to use an electric mixer on the batter, but I think hand-mixing is a better way to go. The batter spreads nicely in an 8 x 8 square baking pan. It covers just as nicely as regular brownie batter. It says to bake it in a 350 degree oven for 34 minutes. I did and the edges were rock hard. Next time, I will shave a few minutes off. Now for the taste... Delicious and rich!!! They are fudgy and filling, and the perfect accompaniment to moo juice. What's the problem with No-Pudge fat free brownie mix? The same problem with all fat-free confections - they are loaded with sugar. Too much sugar in your system turns to fat, so nice try avoiding it by eating brownies. These are perfect for me, because I am not tempted to eat the whole pan. If you are the kind of person who is a brownie or sweet lover, the box has what may be a good solution for you - make them one at a time. You mix a little No-Pudge fat free brownie mix with a tablespoon of yogurt and make them one-at-a-time in the microwave. I don't care for microwaved brownies, but it would be better than eating two-days' worth of sugar in one sitting. I really like these brownies. My mix was cappuccino, and the box said it contained dark coffee, but I didn't taste it at all. They just tasted like brownies - regular brownies, and I found them to be delightful.

No Pudge Fat Free Brownies are super easy to make and taste as good as regular brownies even though they are fat-free.  I'm absolutely terrible in the kitchen.  I have a hard enough time making regular brownies from a mix.  I was concerned when I first saw them in the store that I might not be able to make diet brownies for sure.  To my surprise, they were easier than most regular brownie mixes I've used.  You just dump the mix in a bowl, dump in 2/3 cup of vanilla fat free yogurt (which on the brand of yogurt I bought was exactly the one little package of yogurt), mix it up with a spoon, spread it into a pan and bake it for a half hour or so.  I had perfect brownies with no hassle. The texture of the brownies was perfect.  No hard edges.  No excessive chewiness.  No dryness.  Just perfect moist brownies.  I at mine still warm.  mmmm......mmm....warm brownies.  Who would have thought I could have warm brownies while I'll cutting back on fat? While they are fat free and much lighter than regular brownies calorie wise, they're still not super low calorie.  There's 1200 calories in the whole box of dry mix.  After adding in the yogurt you're going to have another 100 or 120 so calories.  So the whole box of prepared brownies is going to be like 1300 calories give or take a few.  Not too bad if you don't eat the whole pan all at once, and I suppose if you're going to eat the whole pan all at once, it's still significantly less fattening than eating a whole pan of normal brownies. The box says that there is like 10 or 12 servings in it, and I guess if you cut the brownies pretty small, there would be, but the size of brownie that I like to eat (especially when it's my big treat of the day), I would say there's about half that many in there.  At that kind of calorie content for a more realistic portion size, eating a brownie comes up to about the same calorie content as eating two fat free yogurts.  Not too bad.  Not completely guilt free enough to just chow down, but for dessert, not too shabby.  The store I found them at only carries the Cappuchino and Mint flavored mixes, and I chose the Mint one.  The mint flavoring was a bit heavy maybe, kind of reminded me a bit of a brownie crossed with a York Peppermint Pattie.  I wonder if the heavy extra flavor in addition to the chocolate is to compensate for something that would be lacking if the brownies were just plain chocolate?  I think if I hadn't known that the No Pudge brownies were fat-free, I wouldn't have known.  You could totally serve them to non-dieting friends or co-workers and nobody would notice they were diet brownies.

These brownies are so delicious. They are thick and flavorful without being high calorie. All you need to make them is yogurt and an egg white if you want them thick and cake-like. I sometimes add nuts to the batter which makes them even better. These brownies are thick and chewy and don't need icing. People won't believe you when you tell them the brownies are  low calorie and no fat. The brownies are good for anyone. They are great for people who like to watch their calories.
