This was my husband's first big grill. Talk about a great product for the money! It is fairly movable and great to work with! Its burners cook evenly, and it isn't too heavy. I would recommend this to even the most expierneced griller Performance It performs consistantly every time. Its a little difficult if you have never grilled, but you soon get the hang of it! Versatility We have grilled everything from burgers to steaks, chicken to even grilled fruit. It works great. Its a little large if you have a small space Ease of Use Very easy to use and hook up the propane. It is very easy to move around as well. Ease of Cleaning It's fairly easy to clean. The grates are a little large for my sink, so I have to be creative when I clean them. The outside cleans up very nice. Just a soapy washcloth cleans this grill very nice. Durability It is well built and is very durable! Design Its a fairly good design. It cooks evenly and stores great. The stainless cleans very nice and looks great

We recently purchased a Charmglow 5 burner gas grill made by Nexgrill Co. We put it together (quite easily) and turned on the gas. Right away we noticed a gas smell and determined that the regulator was defective. We had a house full of hungry people and no grill. We proceeded to call the company and were placed on hold for 20 mins. We had to fax in the model number and receipt. We had purchased it greater than the 60 days, but had not put it together due to the inclimate weather in our area. They said no problem, we would still qualify for a free part and shipping. We faxed the number the next day and they were supposed to call us back. I waited a day and called them. After another 20 mins on hold a different person found our file and said that now they needed a serial number. We then faxed that the next day and waited. We called back about 5 days later, again waiting forever on the phone and they said they couldn't find our file the faxes were lost. Then they somehow found our file but said that they had to charge us shipping. After asking to talk to a supervisor and a tech guy, they agreed to send the part but it is back ordered for 3-6 weeks. Around here, the summer will be almost over and we will have NO grill for the summer. Are we mad! Hmmmmm - you be the judge. Can't tell you how it works, just how poorly organized this company is.
