I used Neutrogena Visibly Even Night Concentrate in July 2007 and experienced a rash and hypopigmentation.  Now I have permanent Hypopigmentation -  huge white blotches on my face.  The only thing that will cover the scarring is an expensive makeup.  The damage is also so deep that I have to use a special moisterizer which is also expensive.  Anyone else out there used this product or any other Neutrogena product and experienced any type of skin damage?  If so, email me at my yahoo account at schellc96.
