I liked this protector but not for daily use, it is heavy and fatty for my taste. Protect the maximum.

I really like using Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock SPF 100+ when I am going to be in the sun all day but not in the water or doing anything too physical. This is a very good, strong sunscreen and has helped me not to burn when I can't help being in the direct sun for long periods of time in the summer. I have pale skin so it is important to really protect it and I especially like using this sunscreen on my face to prevent sunburn and also to prevent too many freckles from popping out. Although I really like this sunscreen, I don't feel it stays on enough when I am being active. I feel like I have to keep re-applying it often for it to provide good protection. I do use this when we are boating but not swimming or even just spending time on the beach versus in the water. I feel comfortable using it on my face as it provides good protection but yet has been gentle to my skin and has not caused my face to break out or blemish at all.

Having a skin condition (PMLE or Polymorphous Light Eruption) that causes an allergic-type reaction whenever I get even just a few minutes of exposure to sunlight, it is extremely difficult for me to go outside. Especially in the summertime when covered up equals sweating like crazy. But with three little ones, I can't exactly lock myself indoors 24/7/365. When I do go out, I always slather on the sunscreen and Neutrogena's Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock SPF 100+ is the ONLY sunscreen I can use on my face daily without breaking out. I don't know what I'd do without it. Scent Smells like sunscreen, but not strongly and it dissipates quickly. Absorption I always give it 15 minutes or more before I go out into the sun and it is always completely absorbed by then -- and I really slather it on. Longevity I can't rate this as accurately. With my condition, even sunscreen only delays the effects of sun exposure, but I get a good hour before I have to cover up or go inside. Effectiveness Very effective for my needs

This is a great sunscreen, especially if you have a certain area that you want to have major protection from the sun. I have a genetic disposition to a really red nose! My nose seems to get red very easily, especially after any sun exposure at all. But, I don't want to use SPF 100 on my entire face, as I do like to get a slight tan. So, I use this on only my nose, and apply other sunscreen to the rest of my face. It works very well on evening out the tone and color of my sun-kissed skin. It is not greasy at all and doesn't clog my pores. It is a very thin cream that is easy to apply and rubs right in easily. You can't even tell that I have it on, it definitely absorbs right away and becomes invisible. Luckily it doesn't have an offensive smell at all since I rub it right into my nose! I like knowing that my nose has great protection from the sun's rays since it does turn red so easily. If you like to have a tan I wouldn't recommend using it on your whole body, however.

I have tried MANY different kinds of sunscreens, I honestly can say this is one of my top favorites. It is gentle enough to be used on my daughter's skin as well. We live in Texas so sunscreen down here is a MUST. We first tried this out last year when we went to the beach. It did not leave any of those awful white pasty looking streaks on our skin, and best of all, it did not wash off our skin when we went swimming in the ocean. I was a little worried that the salt water would break the sunscreen down a bit and make it wash off, fortunately for us, it held up just fine. Not a single one of us got burnt. The smell isn't too overpowering, which is great. My husband can use it and not walk around smelling like a woman at the beach, which he was happy about. I think my favorite thing about this product was that it did not block the pores on my face or add any extra grease since I tend to break out from that. I am very happy with the results with this and I will be buying it every summer! Scent The scent is great, not too much, but just enough for a little extra scent at the beach. Absorption This sunscreen absorbed nicely into our skin, no left over white streaks or greasy looking shine. Longevity We were at the beach for a good 6 hours and it lasted us the whole time.

The thing I love the most about this sunblock is how easily it absorbs and doesn't leave you feeling sticky or gross. It works fabulously, and I would know, I live in Arizona, we get LOTS of sun. Scent This sunblock smells clean and fresh, and doesn't have a strong odor at all. I tend to be allergic to perfume smells, and this doesn't bother me at all. Absorption This is the best part about this sunblock. They call it "ultra sheer" and it absolutely is! It absorbs so easily and is so lightweight, that you barely know you are wearing it. Longevity It lasts at least a couple hours, but after that we always reapply because I don't like to take chances. Effectiveness I love this sunblock, it works well, and nobody in my family gets burned. I have 4 children to take care of, and we live in Arizona (second highest skin cancer rates in the world), so we always slather it on if we are going to be outside longer than 20 minutes. Nobody gets burned when we use it! Ease of Application This is so lightweight and goes on very smoothly. It rubs in quickly so you don't get left with big white streaks on your skin.

My family goes out to the lake a lot to go fishing on the shore and let the kids play. I have used so many different sunscreens and I hate that they have left me feeling like I was sweating and all sticky, and then I found this Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock with an SPF of 100. I like that it said it was lightweight and dry, so I decided to give it a chance. Boy, I am so glad that I did! This product goes on so easily, and I do not have that same icky wet feeling like I had with any other sunblocks. I have not gotten burnt at all with this product, and neither has anyone in my family. It gives us all superior protection with a nice and dry feeling which is great when we are spending the day out fishing. It is really easy to apply it and it lasts for a long time without having to reapply. I put it back on my kids every 6 hours or so, but I only put it on once for me and it lasts all day. It absorbs super fast and you are ready to go. It is a bit expensive for how much you get compared to other sunblocks, but this one is definitely worth the extra price for the protection you get!

My skin is normally dry and I always get sunburn everytime I go outside for a long time. I've tried a lot of sunblocks and most of them don't work for my skin. However this was one of the best sunblocks I have ever used. Its a little pricey but its worth every penny. I like how its very lightweight and its fast absorbing. It doesn't leave that greasy or oily feel. It goes on smoothly and it leaves my skin looking soft and smooth. Its great because it doesn't make me look white and its waterproof and sweat proof. Its dermatologist recommended which means its a great product. It works very well for my face and it rubs in well. Everytime I go in the sun I apply just a little bit, and it doesn't clog pores. Its very moisturizing and it goes on clear. This bottle usually lasts me a long time and it smells good. I would definitely buy this sunblock again if I ever decided to go in the sun. My skin always looks great and I never get sun burned. I would recommend this to anybody who wants great protection, its spf 100 which is awesome.

This is the best sunscreen I have ever used for my face so far. I use it to prevent tanning and sunburns. It definitely prevents tanning because one year I only used it on my face and my neck was about three shades darker than my face! I know for sure that it is protecting me from wrinkles that way. I have never gotten anywhere near sunburnt with this on. It has an artificial scent, but I still think it smells nice. It's a nice base under foundation and helps it adhere to your face. Sometimes it's hard to spread around if you get too much because it's very thick and white. It is pretty matte for a sunscreen. I have never broken out or gotten any pimples from using this. I have sensitive skin and this works just fine, no irritation. I use this on my kids when they're in bright sunlight and I know they're protected! My daughter complains about the smell, which I can understand because it is a bit chemical-y, but it fades after a couple minutes. When I go to the beach or lake I don't have to apply it for several hours and is very waterproof. Longevity Stays on great for hours, even in the water. I love the summer sun except for the constant need to use and reapply sunblock. For years, I felt like I would spend a small fortune on different sunblocks. For some products, I found out the hard way that they did not work (i.e. I had the sunburn to prove it). For other products, they worked but were too greasy and stained my clothes. Then, I stumbled upon Neutrogena's Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock SPF 100+. Not only did Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock SPF 100+ protect my skin from the beach sun; but it wasn't greasy or overly thick. The sunblock feels light on the skin. It also smells nice and has a lighter fragrance than other sunblocks. Although Neutrogena has several sunblocks available, I prefer their sunblock lotions to their sprays. The lotion goes on evenly and does not leave my hands sticky, either. This is a major benefit when using Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock SPF 100+ at the beach. Sand doesn't stick to my sunscreen anymore! There are only two drawbacks I've found to Nuetrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock: the price and it still leaves a whitish film over your skin. However, most sunscreens seem to be a bit pricey and I haven't found a sunscreen that blends into your skin entirely. At least, you can see if you've missed any spots while lathering yourself up in Neutrogena! Scent This sunblock has a light fragrance.
