I absolutely love Neutrogena's Nourishing eye liner. I use to get whatever was cheap, but if this on sale is a bargain. It goes on perfect, and with the built in sharpener and the rubber smudger it looks perfect every time. I've even had issues with other brands causing me to break out around my eyes, not this product! I use the smudger every time and it gives that perfectly smooth look. I definitely recommend this product.

I haven't had a very good experience with Neutrogena's Nourishing Eye Liner.  I never got to use at least 1/2 of it because it broke off and fell out of the container.  It also broke everytime I tried to use the sharpener. The eye liner itself doesn't stay on very well and if you leave the top off it gets very hard.  All and all I am very disappointed and can't reccomend it.

Neutrogena Nourishing eye liner black is such a smooth black.  Alot of the black eye liners i have used are so black that it does not look natural no matter what.  I have always thought that less was more when it comes to make-up and neutrogena must agree, because its not over the top.  Also, it glides on so easy and allows you so much more control then alot of liners.  It does not glob up like others do either.  It also is easy to remove, but it doesnt affect how long it stays on.  There has been times when I have fallen asleep without removing my make up, my bad, but when I woke up my husband thought i had already put the eye liner on that morning.  Nope!   The liner also comes with a tip to smooth out the liner for a not so penciled on look.  It also has a built in sharpner that works really good.  As long as you dont press real hard while applying, you shouldnt have to sharpen it very often either.   the only negative i have is the price, its a little high.

I love the plum color that this eyeliner comes in-- it looks good with green eyes and is a nice vacation from the usual black or brown. This eyeliner also comes with a built in sharpener which comes in handy because I am quite prone to quickly losing small things like that. However, after using this eyeliner for a few weeks, I have realized it is a bit of a double edged sword. I appreciate how I can get several different shades of plum with the same pencil- from a subtle hue for the day to a more intense plum for a dinner date. On the other hand, it takes a few minutes to really apply that darker night out shade because it takes several strokes and a noticeable bit of effort to get enough liner layered on. When I am already spending quite a bit of time getting ready for a night out, a couple extra minutes is not a big deal but when I am just throwing on a dab of makeup to look pulled together for the day, a few extra minutes can make me the student that walks in after the lecture has already started.  Overall, I enjoyed playing around with this eyeliner but I won't depend on it when it comes to looking ready for the day *and* arriving punctually to work every morning this summer.

The Neutrogena Nourishing Eye Liner is the best eyeliner in the world, and the only eyeliner you will ever need. You will not be disappointed i sure wasn't. It also has a sharpener and this thing that removes the eyeliner marks that you put by accident. and it also rubs it in very good. I recommend this great product!!
