I love Neutrogena Lip Moisturizer because it leaves my lips feeling satiny soft and shiny (a little less so than lip gloss). There is no scent or flavor, which I like, and it is easy to use. I like the softness of my lips when I use this product, and it seems to last a pretty long time. I have used this product since I was in high school, which was at least 10 years ago, and this is by far my favorite lip balm to use. I have at least 2 in my purse and near me at all times. Some other moisturizers come in a small tub that you need to stick your finger into in order to get some product out, but Neutrogina Lip Moisturizer comes in a stick, so you don't have to touch it with your fingers at all (this keeps fingers and the remaining lip moisturizer cleaner). When using this product, there is a shiny finish to your lips. It is not shiny like gloss or matte like other products. So, this may not be ideal for men who don't want shiny lips. But, as a woman, I like the shine.

I have horribly dry, chapped lips. I always have. This problem has lead me to try just about every lip product out there. None of them have worked. When I saw this at my mom's I thought it would be like all the others, but I tried it anyway. Boy, am I glad I did! Not only are my lips soft and supple, I only have to put it on twice a day! I apply it before bed and then after I shower in the morning. The only bad thing is it can be hard to find. You may have to get it online, but you'll be glad you did.
