This product worked in basically every single way except for the fact that the packaging just didn't work for me at all. The coverage it has on my skin is really nice, although it does settle into my skin and wrinkles which I really don't enjoy at all. The stuff will fall out of the container and all over my clothes, and it's hard to get off. I am bittersweet about this product.

I received a Neutrogena Mineral Sheers Concealer Kit as part of a sample kit for a bzzkit from BzzAgent. I'm certainly a good guinea pig to try out new concealers--I have these gross dark circles under my eyes and I've tried every concealer ever made in an attempt to make them fade into obscurity. The Neutrogena Mineral Sheers Concealer Kit is a pretty good product; the two-part application involves a cream base that you smooth on, and then a silky mineral powder that goes over. The cream provides great coverage and it stays all day, and the powder helps set it so it stays on. The only negative thing I've noticed about the kit is the tiiiiiiiny little powder puff that comes with it. It's really cute and it fits into the kit nicely to make it self-contained and easily portable, which would be great if you travel a lot, but mostly it's too little to hold and use effectively. So buy the concealer kit and give the Lilliputian puff to your 4-year old niece for her to use when she's dressing up to be a princess, and put the mineral sheers powder on using your own big-girl brush. It'll work out much better!

A few weeks ago I was asked by BzzAgent to give **Neutrogena Mineral Sheers Concealer Kit **a try. It was sent to me free of charge in exchange for my honest opinion of the product.  So I tried it out and this is what I found....It's not a bad product but I don't see myself buying it or continuing to use the container sent to me as it has some flaws.My skin is not good.  The tone is uneven and I've got red acne scars here and there.  Putting on my makeup and making my skin look presentable is not an easy task and one that I do not look forward to in the morning so I look for products that minimize the number of steps involved.While Neutrogena Mineral Sheers Concealer Kit did conceal everything nicely, it involves a two-step process using a little sponge applicator that was a pain to use.  The first step in the process is to flip the top of the container open and apply the cream concealer in the top section to cover any problem areas.  The second step is to unscrew the top section and reveal the setting powder that resides in the bottom half of the container.  There is a tiny foam "puff" inside onto which the powder is sprinkled and then applied over the top of the concealer.  I found the puff to be annoying to use.  In fact, I dropped it three times while trying to use it and succeeded only in getting powder all over my jeans and vanity top before I finally reached into my cache of cosmetics tools and found a foundation brush which worked much better.The concealer did seem to do its job and lasted all day but the two-step process and tiny puff really turned me off. Plus I'm worried that the cream is going to cause breakouts.  So far so good, but it is still a concern.**Recommended?  **Yes, but with a caveat.  This product is probably OK for someone who has an occasional breakout or something that needs to be concealed now and then, but not for someone like me who needs to conceal a lot quickly. I don't plan to use this concealer again as it just takes too long.  I currently use Bare Escentuals Bisque which is a powder mineral product that is applied very quickly with a brush.  This Neutrogena product takes three times as long.

The Neutrogena Mineral Sheers Concealer Kit is a very nice concealer, very comparable to the Mac Studio Finish Concealer. However, it's a lot cheaper and more easily available since you can get it at the drugstore. I wanted this concealer because generally, concealers in a pot like this are thicker and better at covering blemishes or acne. This concealer is a thicker concealer, and works very well at concealing my blemishes. I would not recommend this concealer for under your eyes however. Since it's on the thicker side, it can cake up under your eyes. However, it is manageable, and if you conceal sparingly, it's not that bad. On the bottom of the concealer, it also comes with a fine powder to set your concealer and prevent it from creasing. However, the powder isn't very finely milled, so I find it can have a tendency to be a bit chalky. Also, since the powder is white, it's probably going to be noticeable on medium or dark skintones, even if you blend it out. However, I love this concealer because it works very well, I just don't use the powder.

I got this makeup **Neutrogena Mineral Sheers Concealer Kit** as part of a campaign for people to try and at first I was very skeptical because other mineral makeup has left me VERY dry.  I tried it though since that is what I signed up to do and I loved it!  I love how smooth it goes on and stays on all day.  The concealer blends perfectly with my skin or if I feel like wearing it with makeup it blends to that as well.  My favorite part is the powder that is underneath the concealer container.  I love how it blends everything together.  I had another brand of foundation and I usually ended up with that huge ugly make up line around my jaw, but with this powder that vanishes!  It's also really convienient having this combo together all in one container because alot of days I just throw that in my purse and it's all I need for touch ups.  The little puff the powder comes with is really annoying because it's the size of a quarter but I just use my own powder brush and it works great!  I would reccomend this **Neutrogena Mineral Sheers Concealer Kit to **anyone!!!
