I agree with the other user - I just used this cream two days ago and woke up with red, bumpy, swollen face. I'm not on the second day and my skin is burning, I have to have ice on it constantly. It gets itchy and painful when my face goes to normal temperature.On the product it reads that it was allergy tested and that it was ok for sensitive skin. Do not fall for it. I want to emphasize that I didn't have any reaction the first day, so even if you apply it on your wrist to test it, it may not show until it's too late. Be very careful.

I have very senstive and dry skin due to a skin condition called Eczema and am always on the lookout for products that will keep my skin hydrated and looking healthy. A doctor actually recommended giving this product a try. Neutrogena Healthy Defense Daily Moisturizer does a great job of keeping my face from being too dry and flaky. I only have to put on a small amount each morning and the hydration lasts all day. Another plus, is I feel like I am taking good care of my skin with the added SPF 50 protection from the sun. Neutrogena also gives my face a natural looking glow so I feel confident even without makeup on. And speaking of makeup-I can also wear this underneath my makeup without any side affects-no oily spots.  I like that one tube lasts me a long time-so I don't feel I am wasting money on something that doesn't seem to hold its value. It is also a product that is easy to find at local stores-not one of those rare products that you have to search high and low for.

Neutrogena Healthy Defense Moisturizer is wonderful.  i don't like to wear foundation, because it gets on my clothes, and doesn't look natural to me.  I purchased the tinted moisturizer that gives me a bit of color and doesn't look phony.  I really like the feel of this product because it gives enough moisture so that my face doesn't feel tight.  It is a bit expensive, but it is worth it.  I am saving on not having to buy foundation and other products for a bit of color.  Healthy Defense also has an SPF of 30 and  therefore protects my skin from the sun's rays.  I recently had some procedures done to my face by a dermatologist, and was told that it was fine to use this on my skin where the procedures were done.  This alone is quite a testimonial.  In the past I have used other products of this type, and I have found that this one is far superior to those others..   All of the Neutrogena products I have used are doctor recommended, and are good for my skin.  Healthy Defense goes on sale at various times and coupons are also available.
