A great product that I use to remove my eye make-up..Excellent that removes all the tough make-up and mascara that gets stuck between the eyelashes. I used more than one product to remove eye make-up, but it was useless until I used this product .. Finally I got relief from the panda eyes in the morning. I recommend it to all women and girls because it is the only product that all women on earth should trust

I used to use the liquid type of eye make-up remover where you shake it up, but my sister recently got me hooked onto this. The lotion is great for your eyes. It doesn't make you feel like they're dry after you remove your makeup and it feels really gentle. I don't like how the oily ones feel also so this is perfect for me. As you're wiping it feels really soft and just like you're applying lotion to your eyes. It does it's job and is able to remove all your eye make up and take a few tries just like with any eye make up remover. The only thing is that it burns if you get it in your eyes and you just kind of have to wait for the stinging sensation to go away. Other than that I think this is a great inexpensive product!

Neutrogena Eye Make up Remover Lotion is not all it's cracked up to be. I bought the eye makup remover because of the name, Neutrogena. I've used their skin products & was happy with them so I thought this would be great. Usually I use Lancome's eye make up remover; however, when I seen Neutrogena came out with their own I jumped on it. It was cheaper & I could just run into the store next to me to get it. However, this product does not remove the eye make up. You really have to tug on your eyes even when using large quantity of the lotion and even then there's still mascara and eyeliner left. I had to follow up removing the rest of my eye make up with the lancome. The worst part is the tugging on the eye lid and then having make up go into your eye. This product just smeared the make up did not remove it.

I wear makeup 10+ hours a day during work and when I get home I make sure to take off my makeup and clean my face. I tried many different high priced brands and on the weekend when I ran out I decided to stop by my local drug store and pick something up and found this. I decided to get it a try and see how it tested against the other brands. It did a great job taking off my mascara and eyeliner but what i wasn't so keen on was sometimes the solution would sting my eyes after I opened them, even when I thought the remover was completely off my skin. What I have to do now is use the remover and then quickly wash my face without opening my eyes until I pat my face dry. It works but would I buy it again, probably not.

I have been looking for an eye make-up remover ever since I started buying eye make-up recently. I had just been using my usual facial wash to wash off the make-up but I noticed that eye-make up is very resistant to it. There would always be a bit of eyeliner left that I could not remove by normal means. I also wanted something that will be good for my very sensitive skin and something that will not hurt my eyes. With facial wash and water, my eyes would get red from the effort of getting all the make-up off. It turns out that did not have to look further than my favorite brand, Neutrogena. I had a store coupon for a beauty store which also had a buy 1 get 1 50% off on Neutrogena products so it was a good way to try their eye remover lotion. It works like a charm. It completely removes the make-up without hurting my eyes. And since it's a lotion it helps in at least not stripping the area around the eyes, in fact, it actually hydrates the same area.I highly recommend this product.

I really loved my Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover, but I was running out, so I picked up the Neutrogena Eye Make-Up Remover Lotion. It claims to "gently" remove makeup, "even waterproof mascara," while it "conditions and soothes eye area." As far as the "gentleness" goes, this stung my eyes when I tried to use it, and I had my eyes closed too! I didn't have this problem with the liquid eye makeup remover. Also, I'm iffy about the scent of this. It's not exactly hydrating, since it's pretty liquid-ey but that's not really my criteria. What I want is for this to remove all of my makeup, but it doesn't do a very good job of it. It can remove most of my eye shadow and about half of my eyeliner, but it barely gets any of my (waterproof) mascara. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with this EMU remover. It also wasn't cheap, costing about the same as the liquid form but holding less product.
