I bought this when Neutrogena was allowing you to try it for free with a mail in rebate.  There are so many wrinkle solution items in the world that it's hard to know which ones actually work so when they allow you to try it for free, I'm all over that.  I've been using it for over a month now and I have noticed that my eyes feel softer, some of the wrinkles look lighter and the big thing I've noticed is that my dark circles aren't as dark.  I've also noticed that my eyes don't look as puffy as they used to.  So I will continue to use this product just to see if it continues to hold true to what it says it can do.  I haven't really seen a dramatic change in my wrinkles so maybe that takes longer to see.  This is pretty expensive for the 2 tiny bottles of product that you receive.  It's also a 2 step process so that can get annoying when you have so many steps in your beauty routine already.  But if it works, I'll keep using it. Effectiveness I think while I used it, it was working but I haven't used it in awhile

Neutrogena Clinical is the perfect product for eyes! I'm at the age of just starting to get the tired look around the eyes and I'm determined to take the best care of my skin to stay looking young! I tried the product when it first came out and they were running deals on it, well I'm in love! this product actually makes a difference every day! I can actually tell that my eyes look more bagish and heavy on the days I forgot to apply this product. I can tell on my skin looks firmer and smoother, which makes putting makeup on that much nicer! the one big downer for me is the process of putting it on. it's always a 2 step process with a gel and then the cream, that's why sometimes I skip it if i'm in a hurry. the price is a little on the higher side for the size of the product but hey if it works I'm a willing client and always will be! it takes very little so this actually last me longer then I expected it would when I opened it. about 6 months, but I only used it once a day in the morning. I have other stuff with more oil in it for my night cream.

I purchased the Neutrogena Eye Lift Contouring Treatment several weeks ago and have been using it every day.  It's simple to use, though it is a two step treatment.  First, you use a tiny bit of the "gel serum" in the dark grey bottle. I use it mostly under my eye (trying to get rid of my dark circles!) and on the sides of my eye where some fine lines are starting to appear.  Then you quickly use the light grey pump bottle which is the activating serum.  The bottles are small (but isn't every eye cream?) and they lasted me almost two months of daily use.  My under eye circles are definitely brighter and my skin always feels so soft immediately after using the product, but I'm not sure it had a long lasting effect on my fine lines.  I will continue to use Neutrogena products (especially if they offer their coupons and rebates again).  Overall, I would recommend this product to people looking for a fix for their under eye circles.

It isn't HARD to use, but it is kind of odd that you have to put one on then immediately after put the other on to ACTIVATE the 'ion' activity or whatever silly stuff. It does not smell and it does not actually irritate. I do have to say that I got the weird sensation that I was putting on a prescription. I have NEVER felt this with any other beauty product before besides actual prescription topical things but this really felt like it - it was the really odd texture and tiny bottles and 'super-technology' (:P) probably (which I didn't care for - felt really chemically). IT moisturizes sure, but same as anything else. It will last more than a month, so that is nice - a little certainly goes a looong way. In the end, maybe 15% DIFFERENCE, YA. that's it. SLIGHT improvement over a regular moisturizer, it is lighter than creams that weigh down delicate undereye area and continued use may prove more useful, but I doubt it would increase dramatically. Not worth it to me but I will use what I have I suppose. You definately get more than a month's worth.
