Great mic, only problem is it is VERY expensive. I use the mic to record rap vocals, and I am able to record crisp and clear vocals with a pop filter. It is phantom power, which needs a mixer/pre-amp to power, which can also be quite expensive. If you take your music seriously, I recommend getting this microphone. If it is just minor side hobby, I wouldn't recommend pouring your money into it. If you are trying to go professional, I don't recommend buying this mic, as you will get the most of your money by buying studio time in an actual studio. This is good to have while practicing at home or maybe doing commentaries.
