I usually use the pressure cook function for rice and pork ribs. It's only take a few minutes "cooking", if you keep food in it for an other half hour after pressure cook. It is also good for steaming a small amount of food. Other functions are to be tested. Ease of Use The manual is easy to follow, even has some recipes. It might take you quite a few minutes to understand all functions all at once though. Durability The inner wall will get scratches if using metal turner of spoon, but remained intact for 2 months for me.
