My boyfriend works in a machine shop and is constantly suffering from sinus and nasal congestion and pain. After trying several different products with no relief I suggested that he try Neo Synephrine Spray, it's a Phenylephrine HCI 0.5% Nasal Decongestant produced by Bayer. Neo Synephrine 12-hour spray is great for nasal,sinus congestion & pressure. It will tingle when you spray but in about an hour have kleenex near by because once it starts to break up the congestion it will start draining and will give you a running nose. It will get rid of the pressure inside your sinus's like you need it to.
