need toasting before actual use
I love the Navitas raw cacao powder, and decided to try the nibs as well. They are very bitter and not crunchy. Biting on them feels like chewing wood. I am not sure what to do with them at first, and then found out toasting them give them a crunchier texture and brings out the chocolate flavor. I would highly recommend toasting them before adding to cookies or deserts.
