Multivitamin supplements are commonly provided in combination with dietary minerals. This multivitamin has all that a man needs to stay health in conjunction with daily exercise and good nutrition. It is easy to swallow and I have never had any after taste. According to the Harvard School of Public Health: "Looking at all the evidence, the potential health benefits of taking a standard daily multivitamin seem to outweigh the potential risks for most people." As a RN, I firmly believe that this is the best multivitamin that I have ever taken. I feel healthier while on it. If I run out, I feel down and not so energetic. When taking a multivitamin it is best to take at bedtime. During sleep, your body rests and heals itself from the days' abuse. As an added benefit, MVI can cause stomach upset, which you will sleep through. I have never had this problem, thankfully since I have GERD. Nature's Way is all natural with no fillers and as a Nurse who around sick people all the time, the vitamins have kept me healthy. I have taken them on a regular basis and have not been ill in over a year. As with any supplement always follow the instructions about taking it.

I bought these vitamins when we were looking at options for good-based multivitamin. These are awesome vitamins. We were very happy at the reasonable price of these food-based vitamins. We lean towards food source vitamins and more natural products. My husband has really enjoyed using these. The taste/flavor is fine and the vitamins are not chalky. He has seen a real increase in his energy level and also finds that these are easier to digest/easier on his stomach than the synthetic vitamins. These are also a great option for food-source vitamins if you're just getting started with food-based vitamins because they are a lot cheaper than some of the other brands. If you buy these to try you won't be making a huge investment or out a large amount of money if they don't work for you (which I'm guessing they will). My husband has really enjoyed these vitamins and I'm thrilled at the quality and the price. WIN!! We recommend them!

I have taken these pills a number of times, and I have to say, they certainly make me feel better. As an ADHD person with numerous bouts of depression, these helped stave off the effects of both my ADHD and depression. The only part I balked at was the size of the pill, which is massive. Seriously, the pill makes me gag sometimes, just from the size of the thing. I have tried taking the pill with water, milk, juice, you name it. If there was a way they could condense the thing, it would be perfect.

These vitamins are great! picked them up at wholefoods several times. They are all natural and have a ton of useful ingredients you wouldn't normally find in other vitamins. The best thing about these are the boost in energy you get. It's comaprable to a Trenta from starbucks sometimes! well maybe thats an exageration but it's seriously good. They are big and tough to swallow but I figure they have to be big to have more useful ingredients. They smell very vegetal, which I actually like compared to synthetic smelling centrum and the like. They do give an added energy boost for hours. They will change your urine bright green though so be warned! I don't really mind this. It must be the added vegtables in the vitamins. I really couldn't find a better vitamin for the price except new chapter organics. These are cheaper and give you more, though. The energy boost is also more noticeable. I think these vitamins are great!

I purchased these Alive vitamins 3 months ago and I noticed my hair is growing like weeds, i feel better, i have more energy. They are alittle hard to swallow but i love them anyway. My skin and hair looks so much healthier my nails are growing like crazy. I love these vitamins!!!!Go out and see for yourself

Vitamins these days are generally all the same. You can go out to the local drug store or pharmacy, even grocery store, and you will see shelves lined with every vitamin ranging from Vitamin K to Vitamin C to Joint Support and Multi-Vitamins to the various B-Complexes which ALL seem to leave out one of the B Vitamins that you need. Many of these use various fillers in the solid pills they all use, barely any use a capsule since this increases the cost. But the truth is, capsules over pills increase the bioavailabilty of the various nutrients you need.   This is one thing Alive! does right. They use a capsule form with barely any fillers. They are a nutritionally complete multi vitamin with various complexes offering more than the usual 100% everything (when the educated vitamin consumer knows the true value of some vitamins especially B vitamins exceed 100%) Overall this is a very nutritionally sound complex and I will continue to buy it for my daily multi along with my other daily supplements.

I purchased the vitamins for my boyfriend who does not like taking vitamins and has a hard time taking them on a regular basis.  I picked the product because the label explains what I already thought: most multivitamins are only effective if taken consistently, day after day when the vitamins and minerals receive a constant flow into and out of the body.  The alive should stil be taken daily but even if it isn't it still has many benefits because it has 26 different fruits, veggies, and minerals.  The selling point for me was that even if he only remembered to take them once a week they would still be useful.  He likes the vitamins, they are a little bit smaller than most multivitamins and not as coarse.  They are easy to swallow and do not leave a bad aftertaste.  I have taken the women's on an empty stomach and not had stomach problems.  I usually receive stomach problems when taking things like medications on an empty stomach.  I also did not notice any discomfort or change in my digestive tract.
