I bought this multi-vitamin to replace my One-A-Day women's multivitamin. The cost is very low, but there's a reason for that. I found that this vitamin doesn't include calcium! If you're in a jam and are used to taking multi-vitamins, then go for it, but if you can, I recommend spending a little extra money to get ALL the nutrients you need.
