I have problems with heavily scented products. I also have dry hair. This works great, doesn't contain harmful ingredients and doesn't smell too strongly. It has a mild, pleasant smell that doesn't seem to linger on my hair. I like that it's good for environment; they don't use animal testing. It's specifically for dry hair. I've been using this product for about two years now. I've been able to continue using it without switching shampoos. Gave this shampoo a nine rather than a ten because I think the scent could be even a little bit milder. I use this in conjunction with an unscented conditioner. Effectiveness Great for dry hair. My hair is left pretty shiny and it looks healthy (I don't color or blow dry my hair). I still use it in conjunction with a conditioner, though. Scent The scent is pleasant and pretty mild. It doesn't linger on my hair (so I'm not smelling it all day long) but I would like it if it was even a little bit milder.
