Nature Made Vitamin E 400 I.U. soft gels are an important part of my daily vitamins. I take them daily for good antioxidant healthy and to help with hair loss. I think that Nature Made vitamin E does work well and I will continue to buy it. I also give them to my husband for general health and to prevent hair loss. He seems to have maintained his hair pretty well for being 39 years old. He still has not shown any significant balding even though he is almost 40 years old. I also take vitamin E and I have maintained my hair which is still quite thick for being in my mid 40's. I think that Nature Made vitamin E is a good choice but make sure your bottle is the natural vitamin E and not synthetic. There has been some negative news about vitamin E and that is due to they synthetic version which is not as good for your health. Natural vitamin E can also be applied directly to your skin to prevent scarring. I also like vitamin E in lip application as well. It can help heal your skin and is essential to good health. We currently purchase and use Nature Made Vitamin E. It is affordable when we buy Nature Made Vitamin E at Costco.

I cannot speak to nature made brand, which I have not bought in a while, but vitamin E is a great supplement to add to your diet. For a while there, I found wrinkles on my face. These gels caps are great because you can pop them open. I would pierce one or two and apply the oil on the wrinkles. Did not smell great! BUT, the oil would moisturize my skin and do something to the wrinkles, because with 4-6 weeks of doing this, I noticed a difference. I also took this vitamin e as a supplement for a couple years and I felt like I was doing something good for my skin, nails and hair. I try to eat healthy, so cannot pin point to any one thing I consumed which helped me. Vitamin e is also great for weak nails, dry skin and dull hair.

I highly recommend Nature Made Vitamin E 400 I.U. Softgels. I initially took these a few years ago when I had a surgery that was likely to leave my scared. My doctor had me on a very specific regiment of medications before and after surgery and having a history of mild keloiding with surgery I was willing to try anything. Well, it worked! In combination with Bio-dermis and Scar-less (another amazing product) you can hardly see a scar and it has only gotten lighter over the years. I have also used Nature Made Vitamin E 400 I.U. as a topical for mild cuts that needed more than an antibiotic ointment to help heal and leave me again, without a bad or highly noticable scar. I am a big fan of Nature Made products, and their Vitamin E is as high in quality as the rest of their vitamins. I still used this product in my daily regiment as they are easily digested and very mild on the stomach. If you need a Vitamin E suppliment, this one gets 5 stars from me.

Vitamin E pills are awesome for the body, I take them everyday. Many lotions and soaps have vitamin E in them. These vitamins come in handy for many things. I usually use about 3 pills for my hair. I stick holes in the pills and squeeze out the oil to my palm, and rub it all over my hair. It makes my hair soft and manageable, and keeps it from being brittle and dry. I also use it on my skin and add it some of my lotions for that extra boost. Vitamins are good for people that don't get the extra supplements from food. I use Nature Made Vitamin softgels everyday I take 2 one I swallow with my other vitamins and the other I break open and put on my face after washing it before I go to bed at night. When I wake up in the morning my face has a healthy youthful glow to it. I am age 53 and my mother and my husband as well as my sister and most of my friends think I have very few wrinkles for my age. I give most of the credit to Nature Made Vitamin E softgels because I take them regularly and use one as well to put on my face at night before bed, I also use it when I have blemishes on my skin such as pimples or rashes what have you. I buy nature made vitamin E softgels not for digestion purposes,  we use the vitamin e in the softgels to rub of scars or burn marks.  we poke a little hole in a softgel and squeeze out the vitamin e gel inside and rub it on scars and burn marks and it helps it helps to repair the skin on the outside so an ugly scar doesn't develop.  we always keep  nature made vitamin E softgels on hand,  you never know when someone is going to get a cut of burn.

I had a hysterectomy and the hot flashes were totally unbearable. I did not want to take premarin or anything tha thad hormones in it because I was scared of the side effects. I had friend who recommended Vitamin E. I purchased it and although a little expensive it is worth every penny. My hot flashes are minimized they are not completely gone but much better. Being an avid vitamin consumer, I always review a vitamin before I try it. Having been disappointed after buying more expensive brands I purchased Nature Made multi vitamins for her.
