Very good vitamins
I think everybody needs a bottle of these vitamins in their medicine cabinet. I always have some on hand. Vitamin C is very important for our health and immune system. My doctor was the one that recommended these vitamins when I had a cold. She told me to take lots of vitamin c, especially when I am sick. It helps you to recover faster. I was told to take 500 milligrams per day but 1000 is best when you have a cold. These specific vitamins are 1000 milligrams each. Every time I feel a cold coming on, I immediately take one of these and they help restore my energy and sometimes even prevent the cold. When I already have a cold, these help me get over it faster than anything else. They really boost my immune system. They are quite big so if you have a problem swallowing pills, you may want to break one in half. They don't taste bad. They have a little bit of a tangy taste if you leave them in your mouth long enough to actually taste them. I would recommend them to anybody who needs a boost in their immune system.
