I ordered these vitamins after reading a review of them here on Viewpoints. The review said that the vitamins really did help with stress and gave an added boost of energy. That sounded great to me! I had recently run out of my usual brand of vitamins that really gave me a big boost of energy. The Nature Made Stress B Complex with Vitamin C and Zinc was priced so much lower than my usual brand that I decided to give it a try. I was hoping that they would have close to the same effect. Unfortunately, I didn't really feel any kind of energy boost. I also can't say that taking them helped me to feel any less stressed. I'm sure that these vitamins are still healthy, since Nature Made is a well known brand of vitamins. Also, they contain much more than B Vitamins, Vitamin C and Zinc. These vitamins also have large amounts of Vitamin E, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folic Acid, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, and Copper. So as a multivitamin I suppose they're fine, they just didn't have the effect I was hoping for after reading the other reviews.

I first began using Stress B Complex by Nature Made before I was diabetic but after I had suffered a major pancreatic attack. Have been using it for 17 years and it has reduced the physical effects of stress in my life dramatically. I am able to cope with every day life and unexpected situations without feeling nervous/upset inside. I take one tablet a day and feel at peace and calm, not anxious about what might happen but dealing with what is actually occurring. In the late 1990's I actually started with Shaklee but tried Nature Made, which worked even better and was less expensive, I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I have also noticed I have more energy when taking it and being diabetic it helps strengthen my immune system too. I am very satisfied with this product. It contains all the It contains all the main B vitamins as well as vitamin C and zinc. I take it with food and other supplements at breakfast time.
