I always keep NatuRelief around. I use the little yellow chewable tablets in the regular formulation. NatuRelief's active ingredient is 400 mg of bromelain, an enzyme derived from pineapples, which have long been used in folk medicine as an anti-inflammatory. I've looked around for other bromelain supplements to compare this to, and overall I've found that the price and packaging of the NatuRelief suits me better than the other options. Mileage will vary. Effectiveness NatuRelief is not really great at addressing immediate, sharp pain. What it does well is to mitigate chronic, dull pain. It takes the edge off. What I really like about NatuRelief is that I can safely use it alongside OTC anti-inflammatories like acetaminophen or aspirin. Ease of Use NatuRelief tablets are packed in easy-release foil, and you can either chew them or let them melt under your tongue. They taste like pineapple. Immediacy NatuRelief is not ideal for immediate relief.
