I bought one of these for on the go. I liked the ease of being able to pop the top off and add your formula. I also appreciated that the top stayed on and didn't pop off or open up in my diaper bag. This little unit was so easy to clean too. I liked that it was so easy to turn the top to each of the compartments to pour out the formula. I like things that make a Mommy's job easy and this product qualifies. Items that take too much effort to clean are not worth it. The price for this product is just right and is a must have for any Mom on the go. The only reason I gave it a 9 was because I wish there was a better way to get all the formula out of the compartment without a lot of effort. The powder formula would pour out for the most part but there would always be some left behind because of the design. You would have to turn the unit upside down and shake and beat it over and over to get the last of the formula out. This may only have been annoying to me. Overall, it is a great product. I recommend buying one.

When it comes time to feed my baby, I just turn the lid to be over one of the compartments. There are stoppers on the lid to prevent me from turning too far. The spout cover snaps open and it's very easy to pour the formula for 1 feeding straight into the bottle. Since I use Dr. Brown Baby Bottles , which come with a travel disk and lid, I already have water in the bottles so all I need to do is pour in the formula and shake it up. 3 Servings = 9 to 12 hours of food: Since my baby eats every 3-4 hours currently, this Munchkin Formula Dispenser carries enough food for her to go 9-12 hours. So when she's going to my mom's for the day, I can fill it with formula for 3 servings and my mom is good to go for the entire day. If we are going on a day trip, it's definitely much easier to carry this formula dispenser rather than carrying a whole can of formula. With the pre-filled bottles and the formula pre-measured, anyone can feed my baby without me having to explain how much water or formula is needed. Easily Digested This does not apply to this product but I must rate it so I choose the middle rating.

I breastfed (and still am with our youngest, 7 months) our 3 daughters til they were 1 year old, but still used this formula dispenser for bringing formula on the go and as they got older, to bring cheerios and other small snacks along in the diaper bag. It works well for both, making this a great buy - affordable and lasts beyond just the bottle-stages of their very early life. I see that someone listed "formula doesn't stay in one section" as a con. I did have this happen to me once, but it was easily fixed by making sure that the opening wasn't straddling 2 sections of the cup. As long as you keep the opening in the top solely over one section, the formula will NOT spill over into another section. I have been carrying formula around for many years in our diaper bag now and have NEVER had a problem with this once I figured that out. I also want to note that the top does not slide around easily, so you don't need to worry about the opening shifting on its own while its in your diaper bag. Definitely recommend for every parent!

**As a busy on the go mom of six kids, I am always trying to find the easiest and most efficient way to pack my diaper bag. I have to utilize the space with 2 under 2! This product is great from birth because you can put up to four scoops of powder formula in each section and unlike some of the other dispensers. I love this particular one because it does not allow its sections to mix together and the pops on and off easily, but not too easily(so you wont have a mess in your diaper bag and if you are paranoid, just pop a ziploc bag over it. The great function of this product after nine months of age(or whenever you choose to start giving your baby little snacks) is the fact you can put small snacks in it like chex, cherrios, apple/bananna puffs, and froot loops for snacks on the go. This helps you avoid having to carry a variety of snacks with you in large containers or different bags, you will have them all in one convenient place. I really like this Munchkin formula dispenser at first.  It made it convenient to take powdered formula around and it was always easy to pour into bottles.  I also like the size and shape of the dispenser, which made it easy to fit into my diaper bag and take around places.  The dispenser is way better than trying to use plastic bags to take formula around with you.  I started to notice that the powder starting going into different compartments, so the measurements would be off.  Once compartment would have a lot of powdered formula and the other compartment would have less.  It was frustrating the formula dispenser became unreliable and I do not think there is a way to fix it.  I am not sure if I am the only one that has had this problem.  I have thought about trying a different one and seeing if I have the same problem.  The dispenser does come in different colors, which is nice.  I wish I had a better experience.  For now I only can use it with filling one compartment.

Before I became a mother my friends always raved about the formula dispensers that were on the market. Of course, it takes becoming a mother to truly appreciate the advice given. When I first found out that I was pregnant, this is one of the first things that I bought. I had friends who told me that they had tried some other brands of formula dispensers, but the quality of the munchkin surpassed all of the others. So, when my daughter was born, we began using this. We did not premake her bottles, but just when she was hungry, so this tool was great! Whenever she began to get fussy, we already had it premeasured and didn't have to fight the bottle AND the formula can! It was something we didn't just use in our diaper bag, but at every night feeding we had it already full of her premeasured quantity. Night feedings were much easier with this! Grantit, I never did it without one, but why should I have to? New moms, GET THIS ITEM!

We bought our Munchkin formula dispenser before our son was born and have used it every time we've gone anywhere, and our son is now fourteen months old!  We love this thing!  We researched several styles of dispensers and we decided on this one because we liked the multiple dispenser sections as well as the price.  It has three separate chambers that will hold enough powdered formula for three six-ounce bottles.  I do wish that it would hold more formula to make an eight-ounce bottle, but it really hasn't been a big deal.  The chambers stay completely separate, so you don't have to worry about messing up the measurements.  The lid snaps on easily, but stays in place once it's on.  I have only ever had the top come open once in my diaper bag, and it's because I snagged it on something.  Now that my son isn't taking a bottle much anymore, we fill the chambers with cheerios and other small snacks for easy access to goodies when we need them.  It's a great price and in my opinion, it's worth much more!

I was one of those moms that was determined to breastfeed exclusively for the first year. However, I had chronic low supply issues and we were forced to supplement with formula. These dispensers were great! We had 2 and I could have used more! We had one in the diaper bag. Once our son started eating baby cereal as well, I would fill two sections with formula and one with cereal. The second container would hold snacks like cheerios or gold fish. Our son was not the greatest sleeping and although the pediatrician suggested that we let him "cry it out" he wakes up at about 5am every morning. He will however go right back to sleep after a bottle. Again these came in handy when I could leave one of these containers with pre-measured formula next to my bed with a bottle filled with water. All I needed to do was dump the formula in the water, shake and serve. These containers server us for almost a year before being stored for any future babies. One thing to watch out for is that if you do not have the spout directly centered over one of sections before traveling with it, two of the sections will mix contents.

My wife received the Munchkin powder formula dispenser as a baby gift when we had our first child.  And it's a good thing we did!  Being in the military, I travel quite a bit with my job.  I really like having my family there whenever I can, so we are always on the move.  The amount of stuff a baby uses in one day is crazy, but having the formula dispenser really helped us out a lot. Basically, you just premeasure all the formula for the bottles and put them in the little compartments.  Put the lid on, and you are good to go. When feeding time comes around, just turn the cap to one of the compartments, and pour the powdered formula into the bottle.  No need to carry around an entire can!  It's also a lot less messy when everything is premeasured and ready to go. It was also handy when we left our daughter with friends or family members.  Instead of having to explain feeding time, we could just get the bottles of water ready and have the formula conveniently measured out. It's an awesome product, and one that I would recommend for families on the go!
