Did exactly as instructed. What happen was you could feel the liquid pass through your nose and into your esophagus. The pain was so bad. I nearly threw up twice due to all the coughing up. I think my flu may be gone as I spit up all of it. But all that pain was honestly NOT worth it.

Mucinex Nasal Spray Moisture Smart nasal spray lives up to its claims.  I discovered this great product while suffering with a lingering cold that dried out my nasal passages.  I needed something that would clear my sinuses and be gentle and moisturize my sinuses.  Thankfully I found Musinex nasal spray moisture smart.  I was a bit wary about spraying something in my nose.  I was concerned that I would get a headache or that the chemicals in the medicine would just irritate my sinues.  However, as soon as I started using Mucinex Nasal Spray, my sinuses began to clear and I could breathe much easier.  As an added benefit, I felt like my sinuses were actually being moisturized rather than dried out from all of the different cold medicines I had tried.  I continued to use Muncinex Nasal Spray for  several days until my cold went away.  I will definately use Mucines nasal spray in the future as needed.  I will also recommend this product to others suffering from a lingering cold.

Due to my severe allergies I have to use a nasal spray everyday.  I sometimes use it before I go to bed in order to be able to breathe and get some sleep. I have used a handful of nasal sprays and could say that Mucinex moisture smart was the worst so far.  My nose started hurting by just spraying the medication in my nose. Everytime I wanted to breathe all my head would hurt.  My eyes even get watery.  Even after several minutes, it would still hurt. Believe or not, I ended up with a headache. Nevertheless, I decided to use it a second time to see if it was just me exagerating or if it was the Mucinex and the same thing happened.  I'm glad a had a little of the other nasal spray that helped very much with the pain. Soon after I used it my mom got the flu and I gave this to her to see If I would get the same opinion and right away she let me know how much her nose hurt.  She ended up feeling a lot worse then she already was. I would not recommend this product.

This is the first nasal spray that I have ever tried. I always avoided using nasal sprays because I didn't like the idea of the feeling of pressure that you get after using them. I gave in and tried this, though, because I had a really bad cold. My nose was runny and congested at the same time. This product worked very well - it cleared up my nose almost immediately and the effect lated for several hours. I actually found that using only one spray per nostril cleared up my nose, without causing the pressure and discomfort that the two or three sprays suggested in the product directions did. This product contains a membrane hydration technology, which helped, as my nose was very dry from the dry air indoors and outside. Only use this product once every twelve hours and don't use for more than three days in a row. I didn't feel that I needed to use the product more than once or twice a day, anyway. I will definitely buy this product in the future.

Mucinex Nasal Spray is a product that I almost always have in my medicine basket.   It works great at "UNSTUFFING" your stuffed nose.    Also, we had a vistor with us who had a very bad head cold to the point that he could hardly talk, we handed him the spray bottle and he loved the Mucinex Nasal Spray so much that he took the whole bottle with him!
