Mrs. Paul's 90 Calorie Crunchy Fish Fillets are golden breaded and cut from whole fillets. They have 25 % less fat than Mrs Paul's priginal Fish Fillets. And also less calories. This 14 oz. box is supposed to have 8 of these delectible fish squares but I got a bonus. My box had 9. There is only 3% cholesterol in each fish fillet. There is 1 grams dietary fiber, 4 grams of protein and 2 % iron. Andthere is190 mg of Omega 3 fatty acids in 2 fish fillets. These fish squarews taste really good with tartar sauce or ketsup. They are sealed in a freshness pouch to preserve the flavor. Mrs Paul's products arew always delicious. And the 90 calories will be abenefit to my maintaining my weight.
