Mr. Clean has always come up with excellent products and people, including myself are big fans of it's products. With the same notion and expectation, I purchased the Mr. Clean Disinfecting Wipes. I have used many name brand disinfecting wipes in the past and these wipes are nowhere close to those plus they run somewhat pricey. Had I read it's reviews, I wouldn't have bought it. Unlike other wipes which air dry clean, these wipes leave a kind of residue behind that is not comfortable to touch. I had to use a number of paper towels to get off that residue. These wipes are not sturdy as well, they tear quite easily. And yes, they smell horrible. Overall, Mr. Clean Disinfecting Wipes might be disinfecting the surface but I do not see it being cleaned. The only good thing is the packaging, they come in a tissue kind of a box where you can take out one wipe at a time. I have never purchased these wipes again, and will not!

After using Lysol and Clorox disinfecting wipes for a while, I saw this at the supermarket and decided to give it a shot. How bad could it be? The same question haunts me today. It can be bad. Very bad. I began to use this product on my countertops, which I highly recommend you do not do, because it does absolutely nothing to the dirt and the grime on the surface. Instead, it smells horribly like chemicals and leaves a icky residue that I was repulsed to touch and clean up with paper towels. I'm not really sure why this product is full of chemicals because it does not clean at all, and leaves all of the dirt literally intact, while giving the grime a shine. I used an entire package of this trying to clean up some dirt on top of an old bookcase, and finally gave up, resorting to just one Clorox wipe to clean all of the dirt off and not leave a horrible smell behind. Please don't use this product, especially if you have small children- not sure what it accomplishes and it leaves a bad smell.

Mr. Clean Disinfecting Wipes are one of the cleaning products I recently purchased, since I normally like the Clorox wipes I decided to give these a try. I think in the future I'm going to stick to using Clorox Wipes. Although these weren't bad, I don't think they were as strong as other wipes I've used in the past. They seemed to tear apart more easily. Although these tore apart more easily, they still cleaned the surfaces pretty well. It seemed to get the dirt from my bathroom sink, and they left the room smelling clean without having an overly strong chemical scent. Performance These were okay for cleaning, but they didn't hold up the best. They seemed to tear apart after cleaning only a small area. I wouldn't buy these again in the future. Scent These smelled pretty good, and they didn't smell overly strong like chemicals. This is important to me because I don't like when I'm cleaning and there is a strong bleach smell.

I bought this product because I have always been a fan of Mr. Clean however compared to other products this one fails miserably. The wipes are not very strong they break really easily. I hate to say this about a Mr. Clean product but the quality of it is inferior to other brands and it truly is a black mark on this brand. I had to use three times the amount of wipes to clean something as I do with Clorox wipes. I would not recommend this product to anyone. It is overpriced and it does not even work right! Not only does it make it a bigger waste of money due to the inflated price of the product and the amount of wipes it takes to clean something, but it is also bad for the environment because of the amount of wipes you have to throw away to get the job done. Performance The quality of this product is dismal. It is a complete waste of your money. I cannot believe that they would make it with such inferior materials and charge such a high rate. Save your money folks! Scent the scent is ok but it doesn't work.

They are pre- moistened and ready to use- just pop them out of the container and apply them to places hands often touch for quick elimination of germs. They can be used for general cleaning also and one brand you might want to consider for this task is Mr. Clean Disinfecting Wipes. What are These Wipes Useful For: Mr. Clean Disinfecting Wipes are good for a wide range of surfaces. They can be used on countertops, door knobs, sink handles, trash cans, and even computer keyboards. The wipes are already moistened and ready to use. You just pull one from the plastic container, wipe, and dispose. How do They Perform?: Mr. Clean Disinfecting Wipes are useful for their germ- killing abilities and can be used for cleaning up minor stains from countertops and other surfaces. But they do have some noticeable drawbacks. First, they are not as thick and durable as other disinfecting wipes. It is true that these and other wipes are good for only one use, but in the case of Mr. Clean Disinfecting Wipes, it is a good thing because they fall apart rather quickly. Another small issue I have with these wipes is that they do not seem as good at general cleaning as, say, Clorox disposable disinfecting wipes. Mr. Clean Disinfecting Wipes seem like they were really only made for disinfecting and nothing more. With other wipes, I can clean up stains and even scrub a little. With Mr. Clean Disinfecting Wipes, you can try to scrub, but they do not seem to have enough of the cleaning fluid present to do an effective job. They are a little pricey also, which is a surprise considering the economical value of so many other Mr. Clean products. It all adds up to an average product overall. Performance The ability to kill germs is good, but the cleaning ability is so- so. Scent Scent is okay, but not anything special.

I LOVE TO GET QUALITY PRODUCTS FOR A REASONABLE PRICE BUT IF IT IS GREAT I WILL PAY MORE FOR THAT PARTICULAR PRODUCT. MR. CLEAN DISINFECTING WIPES ARE GREAT. I LOVE THE CONTAINER THEY ARE IN WITH MY RHUEMATOID ARTHIRITIS IT MAKES IT EASIER TO HOLD AND GRAB A TOWEL. I USE THEM IN THE CAR, IN THE HOUSE AND IN THE MOTORHOME. THEY ARE CONVEINENT TO KEEP AROUND IN ALL THREE PLACES. THEY TAKE THE BLACK SMUDGES ON OUR WHITE REFRIGERATOR AT THE HANDLE AND YOU JUST CANNOT BELIEVE HOW DIRTY THAT AREA GETS IN SUCH A SHORT TIME. NOW I HAVE A BLACK REFRIGERATOR AND IT KEEPS IT CLEAN TOO ONLY YOU CAN'T SEE THE DIFFERENCE YOU CAN FEEL IT. I LOVE FRANGRANCES BUT NOT THE CLEANING PRODUCTS THAT SMELL LIKE A HOSPITAL. THESE TWO CLEANERS SMELL FRESH AND JUST CLEAN. AND TO ME LIKE ALL MR. CLEAN PRODUCTS ARE GREAT PRODUCTS THAT HAVE STOOD THE TEST OF TIME. I JUST HOPE THEY WILL CONTINUE TO MAKE THEIR PRODUCTS AND TRY TO GO GREENIER IN THE PROCESS AS I DON'T LIKE THE IDEA OF USING TOO MANY CHEMICALS AND ANIMAL TESTING I AM TOTALLY AGAINST. My Mom recently got me hooked on using Clorox cleaning wipes.  I clean everything with them, the whole bathroom, kitchen counters, kids toys...everything.  So when I got a coupon in the mail for the Mr. Clean Wipes I decided, what the heck, I'll give it a try.  After all, I have been using Mr. Clean products most of my adult life and I really trust the brand.  Big mistake.  Yes, the Mr. Clean wipes are bigger and thicker but they don't stay as moist in the package...ie their cleaning solution isn't as effective.  I have a 2-yr-old who is starting potty training and I have tried cleaning his potty seat with these wipes.  They just don't cut it...the seat feels sticky afterward and because of that I really don't think they disinfect as well. On top of this, they cost more...even with a coupon.  Plus they are no refills available, only the original tubs.  I'm not a huge Green person who goes out and buys a hybrid or protest oil drilling, but I try to do my part for the environment...I try to use products that promote less packaging, recycled material, and refills and These wipes are not one of them. ***My final thought***:  I guess if you have never tried other wipes or if you don't use the wipes for heavy duty cleaning like I do, than you might like the Mr. Clean wipes.  But personally, I'll save a few cents and the environment and stick with Clorox. **P.S.** *Does anyone want my left over Mr. Clean wipes?!?*

These wipes are AWESOME!!!  very thick and durable. They dont whimp out on you half way through the job.  The are very big, at least twice the size of leading wipe cleaners.  They smell great.  Its also less work, no spraying and wiping,  just wipe!!!! Cleaner and time saver all in one.  I love these wipes.  They are handy and very affordable.  Try em and you'll be hooked.  Mr. Clean ROCKS!!!!!

I expect more out of Mr Clean, a brand that has been bringing us very effective (if sometimes a little pricey) cleaning products for many, many years.  Compared to their main competitor, these wipes are: Physically weaker- they don't stand up to the same punishment;  More expensive- by far, not even close to similar in price;  Inferior for their desinged use- simply put- they don't clean as well.I won't even buy these when the coupons make them almost as low-priced as the bargain or store brands. Very disappointing!

I tried this product and was not happy with it.  It leaves a residue on whatever you clean with it.  If you have small children who are constantly touching things and then putting their hands in their mouth, then I feel this would not be a safe product.  It cleans well.
