I cannot recommend Mouth (Mouth Foods) and am sorry to leave a bad review. I wish I saw the other reviews first; I would have known not to order from Mouth. After two unanswered emails about my order, I went to their Facebook and replied to another customer's worried comment asking if she finally got a resolution. A couple hours later, both of our comments were deleted. I went to their Instagram and left a comment asking if someone could help me look into my order. It was soon deleted also. After I commented to point out how not cool that was, they deleted my second comment and blocked me. If it seems like you can't find many bad reviews/comments about this company, it's not that they don't exist, but it's because they are quick to delete and block customers. Wish they were just as quick helping their customers! Not trustworthy, and such poor business practice to not be honest and transparent. I understand it's the holidays, and if you are overwhelmed and running behind, say so. So many other companies are! But apparently, they are not too busy to keep from deleting customer questions and comments. It's too bad, I really like their offerings and would have probably ordered from them again, but not after this experience. Excuse the pun, but they have definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

I ordered the artesian pickle box. The box arrived and a jar had leaked into the entire package ruining the other jars as well as the one that leaked. In addition, two of the pickle jars expired in October. After four emails with no response and no calls (because the number is now disconnected), I disputed the claim on my credit card. Thank goodness I have good customer service with the credit card because they refunded my purchase. This company is a fraud and a joke. NEVER order anything from them.

I ordered a whiskey subscription for my husband.. It was expensive, but he is worth it. Unfortunately, we only got two bottles of our subscription. They decided to sell that protein and no longer provide this subscription. They did not contact us.. It took them a month to respond to me. When they finally did, it was too late to file my complaint and get my money back. CROOKS!!!!

I needed a mother's day gift that was different, unique, and good. Like most men, I waited till the last minute. I heard about mouth.com online and decided to take a look. I saw what I thought my wife would love, but the package would not arrive until Tuesday via usps shipping. I live chatted the customer service rep and she went above and beyond the normal level of customer service. The rep set it up where mouth.com would ship my order out the same day I ordered it and they sent it out via fed ex over night delivery, so that the package would arrive in time for mothers day. The gift arrived today, which is Saturday, the day before mothers day. My wife loves it! Sure....I did have to pay for the Fed ex next day shipping cost, but that's to be expected considering I asked for seriously expedited shipping. They didn't have to accommodate me with this last minute order. But they did. The products sent to my wife were all outstanding! She has already tried some of them and so have i. Thank you so much mouth.com. This is an outstanding company with great employees and great food and snack products. I highly recommend this company.

This site has some novelty type foods that are a little bit hard to find (at least in high quality). But they are also extremely overpriced. I am willing to use this site occasionally, but it's not one that I would come back to very often. Ease of Use On the good side, this site is very easy to navigate. I have had no trouble finding what I was looking for, and it doesn't take much time to navigate the site. Other sites with similar type products often take a long time to navigate and make it easy to waste time. This site is not a time-waster. Product Pricing The worst thing about this site is the ridiculously high prices on most products. I have found the occasional good deal (usually through their sales), but most things are priced far higher than they should be and far higher than the competition. Shipping and Returns Shipping is also very expensive. A small bag of food that costs $5 (on sale) adds $10 extra for shipping, which often eliminates the value of the sale.

I don't like to give the traditional box of chocolates. I love a big box of Whitman's chocolates as much as the next person, but I like to give something a little more that shows I put a little thought into it or something that's unique and different that sort of stands out. I also run a small business so it's great to send a basket of candy or something that gets peoples attention and that will make them remember you. Yes, it's a little pricey compared to the box of chocolates you grab from the display at the local Wal-Mart but you're getting what you pay for and that's quality, delicious, and something that will make you stand out. You want to send something that will stand out this Valentine's Day? I do, so I ordered an anatomically correct chocolate heart. It looks disturbingly real and I wish I could add a picture right now because it's amazing. I haven't tried it yet, but it's made of high quality chocolate and I am sure it will be delicious. Every winter Holiday Season I send customized gift baskets to my most important customers and it goes a long way with cultivating those relationships. This is a pretty unique little website. It is not your average candy or specialty food site, believe me. They call themselves an indie food website and that description really fits. Every unique type of food that you can think of, and many that you would never even imagine, can be found on this cool little website. From bacon cinnamon rolls, to ginger beer syrup, it's an absolute culinary delight to peruse the exciting products available on this site. What's cool is that everything here is handmade, by regular old people like you and I. There is nothing big and corporate about this website, they keep things very small and fair trade, thus resulting in very high quality products, made with a lot of thought, love, and passion for what they are doing. I have never been disappointed with any of the unique treats that I have ordered off of this site, the almond butter quinoa chocolate pretty much changed my life! Granted, it is not the most thrifty places to shop for sweet treats and snack foods, but the novelty of it makes it all so worth the extra dollar.
