Texting while driving is very dangerous, so I don't do it...I have my **Motorola Roadster 2 Bluetooth In-Car Speakerphone** do it for me! This awesome product does so many things! Simply attach it to your visor and you can do a variety of things hands-free and safely. 1) If you want to send a text or call someone, press the button on the device. It will prompt you to say what you want it to do. You then say "Call Rachel work" or "Text John cell" and it will pull up the contacts in your phone and text or call them for you. If you call someone, simply talk out loud and you don't have to hold anything! 2) If you receive a text from someone, it will say, "Text from Rachel, read it now?". If you say "yes", it will read the text to you. If you get a call from someone, it will say, "Call from Jon, answer now?" If you say "yes", it will automatically connect you to your call. 3) If you have music downloaded on your phone, you can not only play it through this speakerphone, but you can hear it come out of the speakers in your car! Press the right button on the Roadster 2 and it will instruct you to dial your car's radio to a specific station. Once there, you can hear your own music, loudly! My only problem is that it doesn't always understand what I say, so I have to repeat myself, but it eventually gets it right. You need to keep it charged to either Medium or High, because once the battery dips down to Low, it gets fuzzy. Bonus - this comes with a car charger that also charges my Motorola phone!
