I have a pinched nerve in my neck which can either shoot pain down my shoulder to my arm to my wrist or shoot electric shocks into my jaw. Either way, it's no fun to have. short of having surgery, my two remedies are my Tempur Pedic Pillow and this Shower Head. I put the water pressure to the three massaging jets and stand under it with my head moved forward. The jets pulsate warm water onto my neck massaging it thoroughly. I also use that setting to massage my shoulders if I'm feeling especially tense for whatever reason. There's something about that setting that always helps relieve most of the pain from the pinched nerve and shoulder tension. When taking a regular shower, I tend to use the center jet with the outer mini jet. This setting tends to rinse the soap and shampoo quicker and cleaner which also makes for a cleaner tub. There seems to be less water being used on this setting so there is no soap scum ring left behind. It's a little pricey but well worth it if you need it for massage reasons. **Rating: A++**

**I have purchased several Moen Enliven Handheld Shower Heads.  I have them unstalled in all of my rental properties, as well as my own home.  The simple, sleek design and the chrome finish offers up durable, good looks.  The spray nozzles are made of soft rubber which makes cleaning out mineral deposits as easy as rubbing your finger across them.  The three setting provide you the opportunity to choose your personal level of spray intensity.  As well as it's tangible attributes, the Moen Enliven is very affordable, and easy to install.  This is essential to a do-it-yourself landlord!  The installation instructions are well written and easy to follow.  Installation takes just a few minutes.  No special tools are required.  The Moen folks even thought to include a little roll of sealing tape, to make sure your Enliven performs as well as it looks.  While I have never had to replace any of them for quality or wear-and-tear, I have lost a few to former tennants who liked them so much, they just couldn't leave without it!**

  We purchased this Moen brand shower head to replace the original one which had been installed by our builder. While we had opted for many upgrades and higher end options when we contracted our home to by built we had left the plumbing fixtures to the contractors discretion. What a mistake.  Soon after moving in we realized the faucets were pitting and started to sputter and then came the leaks and the pesky dripping. Within two years we where faced with the task of replacing almost all of the plumbing fixtures . We researched all the available models we were interested in and chose Moen products for all our baths as well as our kitchen. We could not be happier with our decision. This shower sprayer is amazing after you have just given birth to a 10 pound baby and can't take a bath!  My husband and I decided to go for a little change in the bathroom, being that it was a bit boring and not very homey.  We bought some cute bathroom accessories, and then when it came down to upping the bathtub/shower, we went for a new showerhead.  I had never had a showerhead that was handheld and could be used at different angles and with different speeds.  Ahhh, it's great!  You get different sprays for certain times in the shower - I use the rougher one for my back when I've been busy all day and can't get my husband to give me a back rub!  Anyway, the hospital we were at for the birth of my son also had a Moen for the sink and shower, and we were both pretty happy with that.  I think we will probably go ahead and try other Moen products based on the fact that we had such great luck with this.  Definitely recommended!
