I purchased this Moen Single Handle Kitchen Faucet series 87770, 2 years ago. It supposedly has a lifetime warrantee. After 2 years the plastic parts on the hoses broke and caused flooding in my kitchen. These plastic "quick link" parts are on most Moen faucets, while other parts are metal. Why in the world put cheap plastic on an expensive faucet. After complaining to Moen and receiving the wrong parts twice even though I gave them the correct parts numbers, after having to put up with their "call back" system..you have to make an appointment for a call back, meanwhile having no functioning kitchen faucet for weeks, since none of their parts are available at stores ANYWHERE Moen sent me a totally new faucet. I was very happy BUT I didn't realize the new faucet didn't have a sprayer which the old one did. We are still using the old faucet and just used the parts we need from the new one (STILL plastic "quick link" parts") We are using the new sprayer they sent us in error but now THAT is not working and is leaking everywhere and sometimes even sprays out when the faucet is just turned on. The customer service from Moen is terrible, in that you have to schedule a call back to speak to a human being....if you don't schedule that call back your call is just disconnected, they send the wrong parts then tell you that although they sent the parts (albeit the wrong parts) those parts aren't really covered under the warrantee, although I read the warrantee word for word this was NOT mentioned..and they never appeared to care till I posted on two different "complaint" sites about the poor service.
