Mitchum makes FABULOUS deodorant. Everyone in my household uses it-male and female. It goes on clear and dries quickly. It leaves you smelling fresh and feeling dry and clean all throughout the day. None of us have ever had any issues with it or allergic reactions. I am a female and this product holds me for a day and a half if need be! Absolutely love this product!

One of the deodorants I have been buying recently for my husband is the Mitchum range. They have been on sale for only 99 cents. Today I am reviewing the Mitchum Power Gel Antiperspirant & Deodorant - Sport. The net weight is 2.75 ounce (83 g). From the minute you see the deodorant it looks like a manly one. Upon opening the top, you smell that fresh sporty scent. By turning the wheel at the bottom, up comes the deodorant through the 3 slits. It goes on wet, but dries really quickly. It is alcohol free. Len is now asking for this brand by name, as he much prefers it to the Arrid he always used to wear. It keeps him fresh, dry, and no chance of white, getting on his dark clothes.

I have tried many anti perspirants over the years, mainly because I have had coupons and it made it lucrative to try something new. I have found though, that I always come back to Mitchum. Mitchum just works for me. I purchase the unscented, because I have sensitivity to most smells but also because nothing smells quite as bad as hot deodorant. Yuck!! Mitchum is effective in stopping odor and sweat. Occasionally, I am fortunate enough to find coupons for this wonderful deodorant, which makes it every more economical for me to use. I appreciate the fact that the manufacturer tries to make it a little easier for the consumer to purchase their product. This is one of those products that I would truly miss if it were to be taken off the market. My advice to anyone contemplating purchasing this product would be to try to find a coupon prior to buying. It will make it much easier to sample a product if you don't have to pay a great deal for it.

I have been using Mitchum Clear Gel forever-at least fifteen years or more.  I have to say, I have tried many others, but I nothing can beat Mitchum.  We live in the desert where temperatures get in the one hundred's, so needless to say, we get toasty and need protection.  Mitchum is easy to use, dries quickly and has a pleasant odor. It has an amazing long term odor protection as well-if I'm unable to hop in the shower due to a late night with one of the kids, it's nice that I still feel/smell fresh (well, except maybe for baby spit up).  I am able to get it at a great price when paired with a sale and coupons. Sometimes I even get it for free, and then I stock up.  The only draw back for me is that, like many, many other antiperspirant's out there, it contains aluminum in the ingredients. Aluminum has been linked to adverse health conditions including Alzheimer's disease.  I'm trying use it sparingly in the winter months and only use a deodorant until summer.  It's not going so well..lol

Mitchum Power Gel Unscented Anti-Perspirant and Deodorant is wonderful at stopping sweat. It is also unscented, which is great for my sensitive skin. The gel does feel a bit slimy when you apply it, but if you allow it to completely dry before putting on your shirt or blouse (about 30 to 60 seconds), you will find that it stops sweat cold. Also because it is a gel, you don't have to worry about getting white stuff all over your clothing. The one time I was actually clumsy enough to get the gel on my clothing, it did not show up. It also doesn't change the color of fabrics, including Rayon (which is notorious for fading or streaking when things like hairspray or perfume are applied to it, even indirectly.) My main and only complaint is the slimy sensation Mitchum Power Gel has when I apply it, but I've become accustomed to it. Regular solid deodorants may feel better when applied, but they just can't do as good a job as this product.

Deodorant products abound, and most are effective or at least semi- effective at keeping you dry and odor free. But some brands are certainly better than others and one of the best you can buy is **Mitchum Power Gel Sport Scent**, an anti- perspirant/deodorant product.   **Deodorant Commentary:**   Mitchum Power Gel Sport is a clear gel product dispensed from a plastic container. Three small openings in the top of the container dispense the gel when you turn the small knob on the bottom. This Mitchum product utilizes OdorGuard technology to help eliminate odor- causing bacteria and it goes on clean and without any white residue. It offers a masculine scent that is mild enough not to offend and still distinctively manly enough to be appealing.   Mitchum Power Gel Sport is an excellent product and it offers many positive qualities. First and foremost, this deodorant eliminates odor, the way a deodorant should. With Mitchum Power Gel Sport protecting you, there is no worry about odor of any kind. I have applied this deodorant and then worked in the yard or performed other sweat- producing activities. Yet there was no odor from my armpits at all.  And I was completely dry- I was sweating every place except the area covered with Mitchum Power Gel Sport.   Gel deodorants are sometimes wet and messy, but Mitchum Power Gel Sport is avanced in this area. Yes, it certainly goes on wet, like any gel deodorant does. But it doesn't remain wet for very long. In less than one minute, the skin is dry. There is no white residue left on your clothing and you smell clean and fresh. ** ** **Bottom- Line Viewpoint:**   Mitchum Power Gel Sport is an excellent deodorant and anti- perspirant product. It eliminates any trace of odor and protects against wetness all day long. You don't need a second treatment with this product. Mitchum Power Gel Sport stays with you all day, protecting against odor and wetness so you can go about your business without embarrasment.

Recently, when I was at the market I found our Mitchum Clear Gel Antiperspirant & Deodorant nowhere to be found and so we "settled" on [Degree Invisible Stick - Cool Rush][1] .  We liked it, but still our Antiperspirant & Deodorant of choice remains **Mitchum**** Clear Gel** in the Rain Storm Scent. Living in South Florida, we find that a deodorant itself isn't enough.  We prefer a combination deodorant/antiperspirant.  Ideally, it should be a product that the whole family both can and want to use.  For us that product is** ****Mitchum**** Clear Gel Anti****perspirant**** & Deodorant**. Mitchum Clear Gel Antiperspirant & Deodorant in the Rain Storm scent goes on as a light gel that is quickly absorbed into the skin.  The active antiperspirant ingredient, Aluminum Sesquichlorohydrate, is mild and temporarily fills the pores through which you would ordinarily perspire. **What We Like** The alcohol-free, quick drying formula is mild enough for the Xeno women to use the product soon after shaving underarms.  Unlike many other combination products we have tried in the past it is also non-staining.  It leaves none of those nasty little white marks on garments. I, of course like that is strong enough for me with a pleasant yet subdued scent that seems as appropriate for me as it does for the girls. The 2.25 oz applicator is at home on our bathroom vanity as it is packed in my dop-kit when traveling. **My Viewpoint** The ideal deodorant/antiperspirant of course is a matter of taste.  For us, Mitchum Clear Gel has been judged a winner.  It's available in a number of pleasing scents as well as an unscented product.  The Xenos highly recommend it.
