I placed an order for a $22 mini bluetooth keyboard and finally received it July 1. I sent them a complaining email 4 weeks into the process and they returned my email 3 days later saying the item was shipped directly from China and was in Chinese customs etc. No mention of the overseas shipment when I ordered. With the exception of woot.com, I'd be very wary of closeout websites like this. You're better off on ebay where you know where the item is coming from (and can set your expectation) and there is feedback regarding the seller. This was a small ticket item obviously but I would have more upset had this been a larger ticket item like a television. I will not be ordering from midnightbox.com again.
