I had to switch over to Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Busness because I was not able to convert some excel spreadsheet that people were sending me from 2010 to my 2007. Overall it has been a good switch. It took me a little while to get use to the new set up in the 2010 version (I had grown quit attached to my 2007 version). The only thing negative that I can say is that it has messed up my boss' outlook to where he does not have spell check for some reason. I am sure I can fix it I just haven't had time looking into the problem. Also I am having some trouble exporting from excel into a mail merge in Word but I'm sure that it's esy and it's just throwing me for a loop because everything looks so different.
