I was going to buy a different brand of immersion blender but after reading some reviews decided to go with this one instead. I am so glad I did! This is my one kitchen gadget i can't imagine living without. It was my go-to item to use during canning season. I also use it to make nut butters. It chops nuts and stirs and makes great milkshakes. It is more durable than I imagined and easy to clean. Blending Power I use it for milkshakes, soups, salsa, jam and many other things and have not found anything it can't do. It blends perfectly. Versatility I can't imagine anything more versatile than this! I use it more than any other kitchen gadget I own. Ease of Cleaning It doesn't get any easier than this. Quick and simple. Ease of Use easy to use, attachments are easy to change. Everything stores easily and is easy to understand what to use for which task. Design perfect. The attachments are easy to use. Durability I can't believe how much this can do. Every time I think I've found something this can't handle, it performs the task perfectly.

Best little tool out there

I'm so glad I bought this blender. It is so versatile. Mostly, I use it with the bowl to make hummus, but it is capable of doing a myriad of tasks. I have used the submersible handle for shakes and mixing drinks. It is easy to clean because it can be cleaned under the faucet or let to soak in water. I can't say enough good things about it. One con which might just be peculiar to my unit is that it is a little difficult to separate the motor unit from the utensils after they are locked. This is actually a testimony to the safety of the product. I've had this unit for a couple of years and use it weekly. I'm not particularly hard on it, but it is staying in very good performing mode. I expect it to last for a long time. It is offered by nomorerack at a discount. I don't know where else to get it. Versatility Should be able to handle all kinds of projects with the tools provided. Ease of Cleaning There are some nooks and crannies, but they can be left to soak to make cleaning easier.
