I've had problems with this washer practically from day 1!  During the spin cycle the washer OFTEN becomes unbalanced, thus shutting down the machine.   I then have to open the washer and shift the clothes around and try the spin cycle once again.  There have been numerous times I've had to completely unload soaking wet clothes and start the maching in the spin cycle then add the wet clothing after the spin cycle has run for a while.  VERY AGGRAVATING.  I notice that the washer becomes unbalance mostly when I have a small load.  Therefore I always try to run full loads only. I do like all the different setting this washer comes with though - easy to use.
