Overall, this is an excellent choice if you're looking for a top-of-the-line refrigerator! We have owned ours for just over 4 years, and it has worked hard for our family of six - which includes 3 teenage boys. There is plenty of storage space including a tray that holds large pizza boxes or food platters, a separate colder area to store milk (we go through a gallon per day), ice and water dispensers that always works with no problems and never runs out of ice, and extra drawers in the freezer for smaller items like boxes of ice cream or popsicle sticks. Noise Level This is a very quiet refrigerator. Every once in a while we hear the water running to the ice maker, but even that is not really loud. Interior Organization This is my favorite thing about this refrigerator. The large pull out tray at the bottom of the refrigerator has let us store entire pizza boxes, party platters, and birthday cakes with no problem. I also love the separate storage area for 2 gallons of milk. It keeps the milk a couple of degrees colder than the rest of the fridge, and that's just the way I like milk - ice cold! Temperature Control The door of the refrigerator tells you the temperature of the inside, which I love. We set it to the suggested temperature (38 degrees) but if anything, it's almost too cold...sometimes we find items that have frosted or frozen over if they're stored in the fridge near the ice maker. Ease of Cleaning The trays pull out easily so they can be cleaned or wiped down. Durability Overall, the durability of this fridge is good. The only problem we've had was with the drawer handle on the freezer. It started to come loose and eventually one side of the handle came completely unscrewed. But luckily my hubby is pretty handy and he was able to get it re-attached firmly with new screws. Design I have received so many compliments from people who see our refrigerator. They love it, and so do we!

Ok, so this was a lovely little piece of machinery for about a week, but then the freezer started collecting huge sheets of ice in the floor of it. The freezer door wouldn't close properly and we wouldn't realize it until it was running non-stop for a week. The ice maker works only when it wants to. The meat drawer is broken already (the plastic broke out of it and the frame split... don't know if this can be replaced, but we are still paying for the dang fridge (on credit) so... well, it is what it is. Sometimes stuff in the fridge freezes. Like carrots, which is weird. I don't know... I guess the fridge beeps if the door is accidentally left open, which happens occasionally since the doors can only be closed in a specific order so my kids leave it open once in a while. Interior Organization I originally liked the milk in the door option, but the ice maker takes up the rest of the fridge room, so I have room for what seems like nothing. Temperature Control works to keep things cold, I guess... even if they're frozen when they're not supposed to be Ease of Cleaning I think this may have been why the meat drawer broke. I tried to take it apart to clean it but it cracked Durability Broken all over the place.
