I think this is a great drug store blush, it can be built up for more color or can be lightly applied for a sheer look. There is a lot in the container for the price and there are very nice color options. I don't find it makes my acne prone skin break out at all. Unfortunately I think it may have been discontinued, as I can't find it anywhere anymore.

I really like the mineral powders, both foundation and blush. When I can get one at a good price I will experiment to see if it works for me or not. My skin tone is fair, but in the summer I do tan nicely. I have the Maybelline Mineral Power Naturally Luminous Blush in a pink shade that compliments my skin fairly well. If I apply too much, though, I look like a clown. The blush comes with a nice and stubby brush that is almost worth the cost of the blush itself. There are a few holes in the top of the container, and to use you simply turn it upside down and let some of them fall into the cap. Dab the brush into the cap, and I like to blow on it slightly, then apply to my cheeks. This is a fairly sheer blush and so it's easy to build one layer upon the other to get the darkness desired. Many of the young girls like to wear blush that glitters, but at the age of 56 I am beyond that stage. Some mineral blush does have specs in it that glitter, but this one does not, so I am thankful for that. It's relative low in price when compared to high end mineral blush's, so it was a good value. Overall I like this but will look for it in another shade. I do like that it contains no talc and no preservatives, but it is not totally natural and does contain some synthetic ingredients.

I love this blush. I currently use the mauve & it goes with my medium skin tone perfectly. The color isn't too harsh & it lasts for most of the day. However, they definitely need to improve or even change the container. You have to turn it upside down to get the blush out so when you open it, some of it spills out from the sides so you're wasting some of the product. It needs to be a twist sifter so you can control the amount that comes out & get only what you need. Just an idea...anyway, overall, I love the blush but I hate the container which is why I didn't rate it 5 stars.

I have NOTHING negative to say about this!! I put this on practically everyday! Its my sister so I sneak down to her room and use it! I have to buy my own soon! I just put a bit on my cheeks and sweep an even smaller amount all around my face to give it the sparkle and shine! I love sparkles so when I turn my head and it catches the light....... ahhhh! This product has the holes (as seen in the picture) so you never get to much. I think this is a complete necessity for every teenage girl as it makes you feel so pretty and feminine!! As well as the Maybelline Mousse Blush. Both very good products!

I recently tried the Maybelline Mineral Power Naturally Luminous Blush on a whim (it was on sale!) and I have to say that I was generally pleased with the results.  This was the first "loose powder" blush I had used, so it is a bit messier than I'm used to.  (I've also had some mishaps with too much blush on the lid area and my brush, and my bathroom carpet has seen better days as a result...).  Still, it is a nice rosy color, and I find that the blush is very long-lasting.  I'm pretty pale, especially in the winter months, so I use the blush not just on my cheeks, but lightly swept all over my face for some color.  I like that when I check myself in the mirror later in the day, I still have some flush to my skin.  I do think that the blush can be easy to over-apply, because of it being the loose powder/"mineral" form, so I would advise new users to start with a little bit and add more as needed.  You don't want to overdo it.  Overall, I would buy it again, and recommend to others who are looking to try a new blush!

I absolutly love applying this powder after my foundation.  It leaves me looking fabulous, natural.  It helps my skin looked more toned after applying the foundation, and it has a natural finish to it.

I am in love with this mineral powder foundation! It blends in and makes it look like I'm not wearing any makeup at all.  I've noticed that it doesn't last very long.  I put it on in the morning and by the afternoon it's almost completely gone.  I have to keep reapplying it throughout the day.  The container it comes in is convenient, but can get a little messy when opening the lid.  I feel as if not enough powder comes out when I shake it.  I wish it would allow for more to come out at a time, but then again all you need is what comes out.  It doesn't have such a strong smell which is nice.  The powder is very thin and goes on flawlessly. It doesn't shine or shimmer and doesn't look caked on.  For a very good mineral powder it is reasonably priced and affordable.  Using this mineral powder, I don't have to waste so much trying to hide all my blemishes.  It does what it says it will and leaves my skin feeling smooth.

Compared to other blushes at the same price, this one is about average. Maybelline could do better than this product though. The packaging is terrible. It comes in a round container and you turn it upside down so that some of the blush comes out on top. You are left with a lot of loose blush powder on top, making it messy and hard to get exactly how much blush you want. You usually end up with way too much blush on your brush as a result. Did I mention the mess? The colors don't blend in well with your face either. It does have a shimmering effect though that is nice. If you end up with more than you want on your face, it's very hard to take off for a touch up. On the plus side, it is affordable and not too expensive. I won't buy this product again though because it is just too messy. Every time I use this blush the powder ends up everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this product. Compact blushes work much better.

I was skeptical about using powder blush at first, but after using it about a week, I came to really like it.  Most foundations last for a very short time, at least I feel that way.  This mineral powder goes on smoothly, looks and feels great and lasts all day.  As well, I think it's a really great bargain because I bought one container of it over a year ago and I am still using the same container and probably will for at least the next year.  It doesn't take long to put on and lasts the entire day.  The one drawback I see to it is the container and how the powder comes out.  It can make a pretty big mess if you're not careful.  I'm really not sure how they could improve on the container, but wish they could find a way!  Otherwise, I am completely happy and satisfied with this blush and even told my mom about it.  She went out and bought it and has loved it as well!  I will definitely buy this again, if it's out there when I run out!

  I LOVE this foundation. I was a bit skeptical about it at first, because my skin is so oily. I was afraid the minerals in it would leave me looking like an oil spill by the end of the day. At my local drugstore, there was a great sale on it, so I couldn't pass it up. After my first daughter was born, my skin also decided to break out whenever it felt the need. I had heard that mineral makeup helps calm and even clear up breakouts, so that was another plus for me.   I gave it a test run the morning after I bought it. I went for my morning walk, went out for the day to run errands, and then went home to cook dinner. I was afraid to look in a mirror all day for fear of an oil overload, but when I finally did at dusk...it was AMAZING! My skin looked clear and radiant (so cheesy but it's the only way to describe it), and it literally glowed, but not in an oily way. I was so happy! I could barely even see any breakouts either. My husband even commented me on my glowing skin when he got home from work!   This foundation is great for anyone with oily skin. It's  light and airy, and doesn't feel like it "sits" on your face all day, clogging your pores. In my opinion, it works just as well, if not better, than the pricier mineral makeups out there!
