Maybelline New York Dream Lumi Touch Highlighting Concealer, shade fair, is one of my favorite drugstore concealer. It brightens and lightens the dark circles under my eyes. I suggest using a shade lighter than your skintone. It has great coverage but doesn't last all day. I do have to reapply it at least once during my workday. During the summer when its extremely hot and humid, i have to reapply every couple of hours (which no make-up last during this time). I really like the cushion tip, it's soft to the touch and applies the product evenly. If your looking for a cheap undereye concealer that actually conceals, than this is the product for you.
