This is the best shampoo I have found to keep my blonde highlights last longer.

I wasn't overly impressed with this shampoo. Yes it did make my hair feel clean and smell good but I didn't notice any difference with my coloring compared to other shampoos I've tried. I also noticed that after a few days of use my hair would feel more dry and coarse. I was disappointed after spending the money on a bottle to not notice any difference between other brands; it didn't seem worth the extra money. My hair is also fairly wavy and I straighten it each day, with this shampoo my hair would go frizzy and wavy quicker than with other shampoos I've tried. My color lasted about as long without fading as any other shampoos I've tried and I typically shampoo about every other day. My mother-in-law swears by this product though so it just might work better for certain hair types since I have brunette, fine, wavy hair and she has thick, blonde straight hair. I won't pay the money to try it again!

I used Matrix Biolage color shampoo way back in 2010 when for the first and the last time I got my hair colored, Blonde! I bought this shampoo because my salon guy told me that this shampoo would take the best care of my hair since they were color treated. I usually do not buy the products from salons as they run little costly but somehow I ended buying this product for the sake of my chemically treated hair and I am glad I did. The product no doubt, runs somewhat costlier when compared to other brands but it is worth every penny spent. The shampoo has a different aroma and texture to it. My hair looked so lustrous, color never got dull and looked like fresh every passing day. The shampoo cleanses and moisturizes as well. I used this shampoo throughout the time I had colored hair. I will recommend this product to anyone who wants to take good care of their colored hair!

I like to have my hair all kinds of bright and vibrant colors and this is the only shampoo that I will use to help keep my color looking beautiful for longer. This shampoo moisturizes my hair, keeps it looking beautiful and makes sure my color stays and does not fade away fast. When you put this shampoo in your hair and lather up, the first thing that you notice is the wonderful smell that comes off of it. The smell is so divine, and takes you to a relaxing place. The compliments I get on the smell of my hair are always so awesome. Hair always rinses out so clean and the hair color does not dull and lighten up fast like with so many other shampoos. My hair does not get frizzy with this shampoo, it always looks nice and sleek and the oil does not show through after you have washed your hair. Shampoo gives hair nice amount of volume and curls or styles easily. Follow this shampoo with the matching condition to this to make sure your hair is gorgeous, touchable, and that your color stays for a long time and does not fade away. The price is higher than a lot of shampoos that you can buy at the big box retailers but it is worth paying the extra money to make sure your hair is well taken care of. Scent This shampoo seriously has the best smell that I have ever had!

I have been coloring my hair for over ten years and I have tried many different brands of shampoo that supposedly help maintain your color longer! I have not been overly impressed with any of them! Matrix Biolage Color Care shampoo is overpriced and in my opinion, not worth the money! Effectiveness I honestly have not come across any brand of shampoo that is extremely effective in preventing colored hair from fading so fast. Unfortunately when you shampoo your hair every day the color is going to fade faster! Honestly, I have had better luck using a dry shampoo every other day to help maintain my hair color. Scent Biolage shampoo does have decent scent when using the product but I have not been overly impressed with the smell. I prefer a scent that lasts throughout the day and this product does not. I think Biolage makes a high quality shampoo and hair products in general, however the price is way too high!

This shampoo worked great in keeping the color in my hair. I dye my hair every two or three months (my hair grows very slowly) and this shampoo helped keep the the color look fresh for a long time. Also, my hair is very soft after using. It did help to repair some of the damage that my hair endured from dying it a lot. I really liked it, however, I was not happy with the price. I bought it at my salon on sale and when I ran out, I went back there to purchase it. I was very unhappy to find out how expensive it was and decided that it was not worth the price. I went back to my store bought shampoo for that reason. This is a shampoo that I can only purchase when I have extra money, which does not happen very often. So, my recommendation is that this a really great product to try, but if you do have a lot of money to spare, I would stick with a good shampoo that you can buy at the store. Scent This shampoo's scent is very nice. I really like it. It is not overpowering and it sticks with your hair for awhile after use!

This is by far my most favorite shampoo ever! It is always my go to product! Leave my hair so clean and feeling so healthy! Also doesn't wash away my color! Effectiveness It is awesome at getting my hair clean! Leaves my hair smelling good and my scalp clean without over drying. Scent It has a light scent not overpowering. I however would love it to come in more of a selection for scent. But if you love a subtle scent that is not overpowering than this is the shampoo for you.

Overall this is a great product to use when you have color treated hair. I usually switch off between a few different brands of shampoo throughout the year to make sure I am getting the best clean and no residue buildup in my hair. This is one a the many shampoos I use in my yearly routine. This product is great at keeping your hair moisterised, healthy and clean without stripping it of your color. Effectiveness Overall this product does an excellent job at keeping your hair moisterised and healthy while delivering a good clean. It also it a great brand for people with colored hair who do not want their shampoo to strip the color out. It leave your hair feeling soft and smooth and looking shiny and healthy. What more could you ask for? Scent The scent is a very mellow and not over powering. It reminds you of the way your hair will smell after getting your hair done at a salon. Love it!

I was recommended to get this after I got my hair colored, stating it would help the color stay in. This product is pretty expensive and does not hold up to what it says. I have had many people comment on my hair stating the color looks faded and that my hair looks greasy. This product does not work so well. The only thing I like about the shampoo is how it smells. Has a great smell but otherwise not worth the money.
