I got this for my husband for Father's Day and we have used it at least one a week since then. Performance Its an amazing little smoker. Makes amazing whole chicken Ease of Use Its so simple to use. All you have to do is turn it on and add the chips then food. An let it do its job. Of course you have to make sure that the food cooks the right amount of time. Eating under cooked food isn't very healthy or good Durability Its holding up very well for us.
