I love this fitness DVD Mari Winsor's Pilates. Yes, I got it from an info-mercial but it was one that I'm actually glad to have gotten. The set has 3 DVD's, 1 for Beginners to show the movements in Pilates, 2 for the Basic routine,and 3 for Intermediate to get results faster. What A Workout! What looks to be easy steps ends up taking more energy then I've ever used in a workout series. But I love it, the results were great. Yes, it took about a month of doing the routine before it looked like I knew what I was doing but once I was then I was able to challenge myself more. I've always been pretty thin so I really was not looking for a workout that was going to take alot of weight off. But I wanted a moderate exercise plan. Once I got to my weight that I wanted I cut the routines to only doing them 3-4 times a week. It always makes me feel better even after working a long day. And it's kept me at the weight that I want to be.
