Once your chosen scan has been completed Malware will provide a results log that details each threat found. The best part is that it gives you the chance to select the threats and it REMOVES them for you!! Don't forget all of this is done with the free version. Another plus for the Malware software is that is very user friendly. This is the best free or paid virus cleaner you can find. It can remove most of malware. The scan speed is very fast. The best part is it can remove most malware with the free version. If you purchase the paid version just to support the company like I do, you only have to pay one time and you would get unlimited update.

I run this program at least once every month and sometimes more if I find my computer acting strangely. I downloaded this program because I had some issues with my computer rerouting me everytime I tried to go to a website. Once I did the scan, it found almost 200 adwares installed. I deleted them all and my computer was back to running normally again. Highly recommended. Beats having to spend a lot to take to a professional to have it fixed.

Last year my computer got severely infected with a plethora of trojans. (I was using a different, lame anti-virus program.) I took my computer to get fixed twice, but things were so bad that I had to reformat the hard drive. The guy who fixed my computer recommended that I have two virus protection/security programs on my computer. One of them was Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Software. I'm glad that he recommended it because Malwarebytes does a great job of scanning my computer. What's also great is that there is a free version of it. I scan my computer once or twice a week and get updates each time. You can either do a quick scan or a full scan. Either way, the scans take less time than they did with my old program. It also saves a log at the end of the scan. Between using Malwarebytes and another security protection program, I have not had any problems with computer malware since last year.

Malwarebytes is one of the best (free) virus scanners. This virus scanner got rid of all of the viruses(including the virus pupsc and pups). I have this currently installed in my computer. This is the best because it got rid of the malware on my computer. The malware was called clean up antivirus. Not just it gives out fake pop ups about virus scans, it redirects your search to another website. For enstence you type down View Points on Google, you click the link, and it says this website is highly filled wih viruses please clean it up with clean up antivirus. If you 't can;t access the internet log onto the safe mode (Windws defender cannot run on regular mode) and run windows defender. It will get rid of the redirecting part but it won't get rid of the malware. Run Windows defender then delete the virus. Then go onto the regular mode and go onto download.com(made by CNET). On the right side it shows malwarebytes. Install it, then scan your computer, then delete the file. MALWAREBUTES IS GOOD FOR MALWARE

This is a great piece of antivirus software. I would say this is much better than avg and avast.  AVG has went down in recent years trying to garner profit with their old reputation as the best free antivirus around. Now it's really a lot of bloated software. Malwarebytes is pretty good though.  Somewhat lighterweight on the pc than other antiviruses.  If you noticed when you install a antivirus it slows the pc down enormously?  Thats what you get for putting in a lot of security. The more security you have the slower the pc. It is not to say you should not have it, but having them constantly scan makes the pc too slow to use. This occurs even on the best machines.   So the lighterweight ones that you can command it scan on demand rather than scan every single time you turn on the pc might be better for the tech user, but if they are not then having them boot up and scan every time might be better.  So take your pick lighterweight and faster pc or all the bloated antiviruses that slow down your pc. Also choose well as you can only use one otherwise they would conflict with each other.

Anti-virus protection system? For a personal PC, who needs 'em? Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is designed to remove almost every trace of a virus by deleting them completely or rendering them useless through a topnotch quarantining system. Not only does it use resources when you actually USE it (i.e. scanning for traces of a virus, troubleshooting, etc. ) but is also wickedly fast and even searches your registry and RAM for those "smart" viruses. Its like having a wall of protection that keeps you safe but acts like it isn't there. This program definitely is a must have for every PC owner. Along with the price that comes with it(which is FREE actually), you'll never have to truly risk anything in using it. Viruses and Virus Coders beware, an always updated database is out to stop you. There is nothing better than Malwarebytes-that I know of. It just saved my computer from totally destruction meaning I was about to beat it up and throw it out the window. Somebody downloaded something, I will not mention names, and it became so infected that I couldn't get it on unless I started it on safe mode. (BTW that took me about an hour to figure out that was the only way to get it on.) Then when I finally got on I immediately opened up Malwarebytes and within 13 seconds there were three infected objects. By the time it was done there were 19! all were trojans, worms and a rogue?! Don't know about that last one but it didnt sound to good to me. Anyways they are all gone now and my computer is back up and running. This isn't the first time this has happened. This 'puters predecessor was horribly infected and was cleaned up by Malware though some damage was done it was almost back to its previous performance. The only thing I can compare it to is Ad-aware, which use to be good. But even when I thought that was good it couldnt top the performance of Malwarebytes! LOVE IT! I only have the free version which I got from download.com BUT, I would buy the full version. I think it would be worth every penny.

I am a Network Admin for a university.  I manage over 500 computers and 15 servers.  I have to deal with malware at least once a week (or so it seems).  The BEST software out there is malwarebytes.   You can find a free version at malwarebytes.org but I recommend the paid version if you really want to remain safe!  Just this past week I cleaned up two computers with this software.  I have found that there are a few peices of malware out there that ONLY malewarebytes can clean. I just can't say enough about this software and how it has helped me to save the complete re-install of many windows XP machines.  Do yourself a favor and get this software. You will definately save yourself many headaches in the future and worry less at night about those strange bugs infecting your computer!
