I love all the Whole Nutrition Bars for Women. The Blueberry Bliss tastes unbelievable! One side has a nice glaze and the other side is like a blueberry crumb pie. It is absolutely scrumptious and I almost feel guilty because it tastes so good. It is full of calcium, folic acid, vitamin D, iron, 8g Protein and 3g of fiber. How can all that taste so good? It's a great treat that I like to savour.
