This is my go to lotion on daily basis in the dry winter months. I have psoriasis so I need penetrating moisture, not just barrier. I still feel soft even after a full 24 hours. Scent Nothing special, but not bad in any way. I am pretty neutral about it. Absorption The lotion absorbs within 5 minutes, and it is my favorite thing about this lotion. Most lotions, you can feel the barrier washing off the next time you take a shower, or the ones that do absorb quickly their softness only lasts about 6 hours. I don't want to have to reapply throughout the day. With this lotion, my skin still feels well moisturized by the time for my next shower, and there is no slimy slick feeling when I first get in the shower. Effectiveness A fantastic moisturizer that does what you want from it. If you "special" skin conditions like I do, you still may need something else, but for pure moisture delivery to the skin, this is the hands down winner in its price range.

The Lubriderm Intense Skin Repair Body lotion is my favorite lotion.  I used to live in CO where the dry winters are harsh on skin, and my hands used to crack from being so dry.  The Lubriderm Intense Skin Repair provides deep moisture without a greasy feel.  I like the fact that I do not have to constantly reapply this lotion.  I put in on in the morning, and I am good to go with the exception of my hands because they are washed several times a day.  I do have a travel size that I still carry in my purse to moisturize my hands.  The scent is light and pleasant.  I haven't bought any of this in a while, so I am not sure of the price.  This is "a little goes a long way" product, so it lasts a long time.    I really do not have anything negative to say about the Lubriderm Intense Skin Repair Body lotion.  I will keep using this product, and I hope other people come to love it as much as I do.

I get very rough, cracked hands in the winter in spite of constant lotion use. I have tried expensive creams that are supposed to heal to no avail. This year I picked up some of this lotion and was pleasantly surprised. In just one day, my rough, red hands were back to normal. The skin had been cracked open and bleeding by the knuckles and I was worried that it was going to continue to get worse. I brought this lotion home and applied it after washing my hands and showering and before bedtime. After just three uses, I noticed that my hands felt softer and the cracks had lessened. One word of caution: this can sting a little on cracked skin. The first few times I used it, it did hurt a little, but once it began to heal I had no issues. It has a pleasant fragrance without being too perfumey. I also like it because although it is a thicker cream, it is not greasy and seems to absorb into the skin quickly. It also seems to stay on the skin for longer than the regular lotion and I noticed I didn't have to reapply as often or use as much as I normally would with other lotions. Although this one can be a little expensive for a drugstore lotion, there are frequently internet printable or insert coupons that make it easier on the wallet. It also goes on sale frequently. In fact, with a sale and coupon you can frequently get this product free or close to it. That's how I was able to try it the first time.

I love all the Lubiderm lotions, but they are even better in a twin pack. This is the lotion I use on my 5 year old daughter. She suffers eczema terribly behind her knees. This keeps it at bay through the winter months. It also has no scent which is great. I discovered this lotion at the recommendation of my daughters pediatrician. My daughter has suffered from eczema since she was one. It's terrible because you can't keep a one year old from scratching. Since she gets it bad behind her knees I have to make sure she is well "oiled" back there. The lubiderm is a great economical choice. I can't skip a night or she will flair up. It relieves her itch and swelling. I like that it doesn't have any scent because dyes and perfumes can also make her swell and itch. It is very uncomfortable for her to deal with.  It not only works well on her exzema, but the rest of the family also uses it all winter long. So a double pack is most economical for our family of five.

I am a diabetic and this tends to cause my skin to become dry and flakey.  I tried Lubriderm because nothing seemed to help and my doctor recommended it.  I wasn't too happy with the price because it is usually one of the more expensive lotions.  That more than anything was why I had never tried it before. The dry skin was was becoming such a problem that I threw caution to the winds and spent the extra money.  I was amazed with the results.  Within a few days my skin was visibly better.  it was soft and smooth and the itching and flaking was gone.  It was well worth the price and I would recommend Lubriderm to anyone with dry skin problems.

Winter and my skin do not get along very well......thankfully this one has been a good one.....so far!  During this time I keep a good product close by to relieve the winter dryness and by suggestion I was told to try this lotion. I typically shop at Whole Foods and take advantage of their variety of hygiene products but I thought I would try it out while it was one sale. I was glad I did just that because it does the job for me. I don't need much and though everyone's skin differ's for me it absorb's well with soft and winning results upon every use!
