I love Lorac lipsticks. They come in so many beautiful colors. I like that the colors go on true to their description. It is not too sheer and not too heavy. It does not last all day, but then again it does not claim to do so. Mi love these lipsticks and recommend them.

One of my favorite cosmetic lines is Lorac. They have excellent quality eyeshadow, primer, lipgloss and even lipstick. **Product Details** Lorac Lipsticks come in a variety of containers most with a black outside and a silver band with LORAC printed on it. They have a variety of textures and colors and styles from cream to Breakthrough lipstick. In all cases, the color selection are very wearable and moisturizing too. Most of their colors tend to be classic in range from natural looks to red. **Product Performance** The Lorac lipsticks that I have used have been high quality. No offensive fragrances, this lipstick goes on smoothly and does not emphasize creases. My lips stay moisturized and the pigmentation is high as well as even coverage. I don't have to reapply constantly but it is not overly long wearing. The feeling of wearing Lorac lipsticks is very pleasant and the creamy feeling is just right. **The Bottom Line** Lorac lipsticks is one of my top choices when it comes to lip color. Their lipsticks and lip glosses are some of the best on the market. Pigmentation is intense, coverage is high, and moisturizing properties are excellent. My lips don't peel excessively as with many other brands. Color choices are perfect for every day and special occasion wear. It may not be available in a wide variety of wild colors, but for classic looks, I love them.

I love lipsticks and lipstains.  It's the only makeup I wear so I rely on them exclusively to make me feel put together.  I never did learn how to apply eye makeup....so, I love rich, pure colors for my lips.  My skin tone does not do pinks or pure reds (makes me look sallow).   I also notice that yes, lipsticks do help make your lips look fuller. Unfortunately, I was having a surprisingly hard time finding a color I could wear both day/night, casual or dressed up...until I came across Lorac.  Their cream lipstick in Berry is just right.  It is indeed very creamy and goes on nicely.  It doesn't seem moisturizing per se but it does not dry out my lips either.  It's a rich color but too much as to look 'too much' running around town doing errands; but then I can apply several coats in the evening to make it look bolder. The tube seems to last forever.  My drawer is chock full of lipsticks but I find myself reaching for this one almost everytime.

Dolce Vita has been on my list of cult classic must-haves for a long time but there was always another product that I would choose over it. I'm not sure why it got passed over so many times but I'm really glad I finally have it in my beauty stash! The rosy-brown shade has been quoted as being the "most universally f...lattering shade". The colour definitely does not apply as dark as it appears in the tube. Applied a couple of times, as in the above picture, goes on a sheer rosy-brown. It enhances my natural lip colour and brightens up my skin tone. Dolce Vita is one of those colours you can swipe on quickly before leaving the house. I like the slightly glossy texture it has and leaves my lips feeling nicely moisturized. The colour is buildable and can become the same intensity as the colour in the tube. The deeper rosy-brown shade almost looks like you've been snogging for a few hours. Dolce Vita reminds me of a sheer version of M.A.C.'s Twig lipstick which is a hit or miss with most people. I think it's sheer quality makes it a lot more wearable especially with different looks. The lipstick is also really long-lasting even with it's light texture. A cult-classic for me is something that will remain timeless year after year. This is definitely one of those colours.

I purchased this lorac lipstick in the color babydoll after reading tons and tons of positive reviews online and was very excited to try this lipstick. The babydoll color is a very light shade and i have never tried such a light shade before but i decided to give it a try. Unfortunately i was very disappointed...when i put on the lipstick i looked like a complete clown! I don't know if it was just this shade or the actual lipstick but it was very chalky and along with the shade not being what i was looking for the lipstick sunk into every single line of my lips and was very unflattering. I wish this color would have worked for me cause it looked good on everyone else i saw wear it but it just wasn't for me. I would be willing to give another color a try but i will be returning the shade that i bought. I hope that i can find another shade in this lipstick that i like. So i would probably not recommend this shade to anyone that i know unless you already know that very pale lipsticks look good on you.
