Lost my college class ring, so received a great offer online to replace. The site presented quality rings and photos that would align with a Josten or similiar class ring. What I received was a piece of tin that you would pickup in a gumball machine. The worst looking piece of junk. WIll definitely return - will take months to get my money back and will cost even more to return and insure but well worth it to get rid of this junk

I ordered amethyst studs for a birthday present. I received a horrid, ugly and very cheap pair of tacky fresh water pearl studs, the kind you find at flea markets with a necklace for under $10. I am waiting on their customer service to reply. They do include a return label, and request that you insure the package for tracking and include $3.99 for a "non-defective" exchange!!!! No explanations, the invoice states amethyst studs.
